Nice clean hotel. They were accommodating and breakfast was good! They had different options each morning we were there. Room was very comfortable! Pool and hot tub were very nice. Would stay there again!!

One night in business. Nicely updated, comfortable bed, great shower. Don’t eat breakfast but it looked like typical hotel breakfast. Front desk help friendly and helpful.

This was a really nice hotel and the staff are great. The only problem i could see was the sidewalks around the building were covered with snow and needed to be cleared and salted. Other wise i stay again.

I’ve stayed at other holiday inn suites. This one was not the best or worst. There was baby daddy drama outside in front one night and people down the hall arguing during the night.

Rooms are nice; bathroom mirror perimeter lighting is terrific! Only a single elevator, and it's located at the end of the bldg rather than the middle which creates more walking. Lobby parking is limited.

Enjoyable two-night stay. Convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Satisfying morning "hot" breakfast. The only complaint, and it was a little one, was the self-closing room doors slammed shut. So...at 7:30 in the morning and on you heard the slamming of doors throughout the day.

While the hotel was quiet and clean our room was over the main floor kitchen and bathrooms the hall and area smelled a bit like a bathroom and when I woke up I could smell breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful when we needed more towels or some assistance with our conference room needs.

Staff was super friendly. Hot tub and pool were both large and excellent temps. Breakfast was amazing everyday! Omelets, sausage, bread, bagels, pastries. Fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and pancake maker. Room was spacious and comfortable beds. Felt safe even walking to restaurants during the day. Shopping within 5 min. Highly recommend.

From the moment we checked in until checkout the staff was beyond kind and patient with us. We showed up 3 hours early and without hesitation we were able to get into a room. The rooms were clean better than any hotel we had stayed in during our stay (2 others). I will definitely be visiting again.

I would not stay here again. We travel for a competitive sports team. The night we were there, the hotel was at capacity. No fault of the hotel, but the pool was taken over by extremely rude people. The pool water was way too cold for me. 2 mothers ended up in an screaming match with each other, so they shut down the entire pool...many of our friends didn't even get a chance to swim. It could have been handled better. The breakfast was good, but didn't start until 7:00 am - we have to grab something quick and leave. I felt like I could hear a lot of road noise and hallway noise and didn't sleep well. My daughter found a baggie of pills and a dirty towel on the cabinet. For a mid priced hotel, I would certainly pick somewhere else next time.

Staff was super nice & accommodating. The other guests were a pain with all the running and slamming doors, but the hotel doesn’t have complete control over that. The area was super convenient. My girls loved the hot tub and pool. Breakfast was decent for a hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Family friendly hotel, for sure. We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub (hot tub was pretty big), clean lobby and rooms! The breakfast was pretty basic but it was always stocked and fresh so can’t complain there. This place is very close (10-15 min drive) to all the attractions in Colombus, without being right inside the city.

The listing on Orbitz clearly shows a room with two queen beds and a sofa, and clearly states that free rollaway beds are available. However, I was disappointed to find that my rooms had neither, making it much more difficult for everyone in my party to have a place to sleep.

The pool was filthy! It was so cloudy and you could see floatys… like just dirt or hair, gross. The hot tub was even worse! It had brown foam on the top and the water was actually tinted brown. The room was clean and comfortable. But I woke up and had bite marks all over my legs and arms. I’m not sure from what… maybe spider… maybe worse. The breakfast was weird too. While we were sitting there it seemed like random people from outside were coming in to get some of the breakfast. Like a guy in dirty construction like clothes. He got food then held very casual convo with the staff.

The general condition of the hotel was average. The room was not too clean. There was a lot of stay hairs in the bathroom, on the floor-counter-and shower. There was stains on the sheets under the pillows and the floor had all kinds of random spots on it. The front desk never seemed to be there when we walked down to ask questions or ask for something. There wasn't towels at the pool any time we went down to the pool which was quite a few times. And the hot tub and pool were not very clean.
