The food in the restaurant is absolutely terrible and expensive. We were 8 people, order dinner, none of us could eat our meals. The room has only the absolutely basic, there is no minibar/fridge in the room, nor hair dryer. The towels in the room and in the pool are very, very old. The facilities are very old, you can tell they have not been renovated in many years. I would not stay here again.

Very close to all central attractions,!seawall, beach just across the street, very friendly staff, big room, very good breakfast and at reasonable prices,the pool was gorgeous. Excellent Hotel.

Excelente servicio, los meseros muy atentos al igual que los señores del parking, la señora de la piscina muy servicial y amable y los que realizan el che-in muy rápidos, todo está excelente, frente a la playa, cerca del acuario y del centro de Veracruz

El hotel está muy descuidado. La habitación en general sucia y maltratada. Lo peor fue el servicio de recepción. Después de entregar llaves notamos que tuvieron a nuestro auto afuera por más de dos horas sin guardar. Esto sucedió en dos ocasiones. Al llamar a recepción prometieron moverlo pero pasó más tiempo y al volver a bajar el auto seguía estacionado frente al hotel en la calle en lugar del estacionamiento.

Empleados muy eficientes y amables; instalaciones limpias y con suplementos de baño de buena calidad; la habitación es cómoda; el agua de la alberca estaba agradablemente tibia. En general lo recomiendo, disfrutamos mucho de la estancia. Descansamos muy bien.
