Staff was both pleasant and helpful. Iconic building in an iconic location. Best Sofitel we have stayed in and they have all been excellent.

Excellent location and staff.
Minor quibbles:
In-room (menu-based) TV system is erratic and a bit out-of-date.
In-room radio/speaker out-of-date (old ipod connector) and bluetooth connection did not work.
