I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely choose it again in the future.
The front desk staff member who checked me in was exceptional. She handled my check-in flawlessly while juggling multiple distractions and assisting other guests, yet she made it all look effortless. She ensured my parking pass was taken care of and even arranged a taxi for me the following morning, which made my stay much smoother.
The hotel itself is in a convenient location, and I found both the parking lot and surrounding area easy to navigate. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The room was lovely, with attractive décor and a thoughtful layout. I also appreciated the food options available within the hotel, as well as the quality of the toiletries and other amenities provided.
Overall, it was a very positive experience from start to finish. Excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great attention to detail. I would happily stay here again.

Just love this place—the staff, the breakfast, everything about it. But most of all, the people here. As a solo traveler visiting El Paso for the first time, I felt incredibly safe and welcomed, almost like I was at home. Every interaction was warm and genuine. Whenever I come back to El Paso, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Love, love, love this place! ❤️
