This property was by far the worse hotel I think I’ve stayed at. The check in process was terrible the lady told me it would be months until I received my deposit. Then I go to the room 609 this room was soo dirty I didn’t even want to sleep. I had already checked in and paid deposit I didn’t think about getting a refund but at the end of the day I never stayed here because it was so dirty

No hot tub and the parking fee was not presented upfront so that was an extra charge i wasn't expecting. Room was old and well used. Fridge was broken, walls were dirty, bedding had stains, hotel in the same parking lot doesnt charge and is much nicer.

The hotel was so outdated. The beds are terrible I should have paid $30 more to stay at the Marriott. The pool water was freezing. The receptionist was the only thing that was good! He was super helpful and welcoming !

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than average. However, the carpet in the room was filthy. Even the carpet in the breakfast area looked so much cleaner in comparison. The room was next to kitchen and and every morning I could hear noise from the kitchen starting as early as 4AM. The window shade has holes from wear and tear. Used to have high regards of Marriott but recent experiences definitely keeps me and family away from the franchise.

Be sure to read the small print. Although this is not a centrally located hotel, they charge $12 per day for crappy surface parking. The desk clerk will ask if you have a car to park, give you a placard for your dashboard, but won't say a word about the fee. BTW I routinely park in downtown Denver garages for $7-$10 per night, so for open lot parking adjacent to a suburban hotel, this is ridiculous. Most importantly, this type of hidden nickel and dime stuff is annoying and reduces customer satisfaction...I won't be back.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The pool had a strong odor of Chlorine getting my family sick but the staff closed the pool immediately after being notified. You have to pay $12.00 a day on the property.

My daughter and I were in town for a small wedding. I needed an accessibleroom, which was perfect and right next to the pool, which I also took advantage of! Everyone was delightful. I had a million questions about the area and they were willing to take the time and explain e erything to me. On my last day, a Sunday, I had to be out of my room at non but my Uber ride to the airport wasn't coming until 4:30. I was brought a pillow, the lobby remote control for the tv and felt totally welcome to stay, as long as I needed. The breakfast buffet was not just a 'continental' breakfast, but a real breakfast, with wafflemaker, bagels, eggs, sausages, and much, much more@! Highly recommend!!!!

We rented a couple rooms for a birthday party. the rooms were both very roomy, clean, and well maintained. One of the rooms had a device deodorizing the room which was appreciated as the 2nd room did not and smelled like smoke. We were surprised there was not a hot tub in the pool area.

Our a/c stopped working the first night. Thought they fixed it, but it went out the second night as well We had to switch rooms, but the staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were a bit rundown , but overall comfortable. This level of Marriott seems to be going downhill in the last few years.

The room was one of the worst we’ve stayed in by far. The floor was dirty with stained carpet. Next was the shower that backed up and had mildew with a broken piece of tile sitting in the shower. A general guest men’s bathroom on the bottom floor had a clogged urinal and the entire bathroom smelled like urine. Just completely sub-standard for a hotel of that supposed quality. We will not stay at another SpringHill Suites in the future.

The hotel was okay. The room was clean and good sized. My problems, the breakfast was mediocre. Also I was surprised with a daily parking charge. That is ridiculous, those I thought were reserved for valet. Not just park yourself in the parking lot. It's just a way for the hotel to pocket more money.

Upon initial check in, I entered a room with no bedding, which appeared to be half clean. I was immediately reassigned to another room, however, the cleanliness in the next room wasn’t any better. The carpet had tons of brown/black spots, making me not want to walk without shoes. The trash cans had no trash bags. The towels were thin and rough. Breakfast also horrible.

Unfortunately, one person's failure caused a calamity. Friday night between 10:30 and 11:30, I called the front desk to report that our toilet wasn't flushing all the way. The girl that answered the phone from the front desk asked if she could put me on hold. After ten minutes I hung up and called back twice with no answer. I fell asleep. In the morning I woke up and went to the restroom as is customary and in my morning haze flushed the toilet. Water everywhere causing flooding in ours and the room below us as well as in the Lobby below. The front desk at that time was very helpful in getting us resituated. I told the young lady at the desk that I had called the night before about this and she remarked that there was no entry in their logbook. Again, one's failure resulted in calamity.

We got a double room with a soda sleeper which was comfortable and clean for us (3 adults and 2 kids). Check-in seemed a little all over the place. I’m not sure if the person helping us was new, but we were misinformed about the layout of the hotel and where our room was located. We moved across country so our cars were packed with our possessions and wanted to be able to see our cars from our room. I called the front desk to ask about breakfast and pool times, and the lady who answered was rude! She said, “it’s actually listed on the paper that was given to you if you’d look at it.” So, I told her I was only given parking slips and the door hanger letting housekeeping know we had a pet. I just felt that was totally uncalled for. The pool was clean and the gym area looked nice. The area seemed safe as well.
