Great location in central Valencia. The room was modern and very clean. Staff very nice and professional. We had balcony overlooking Plaça de l’Ajuntament, which was stunning.

For the price, i think it was okay overall since the location is a convenient location, right in the heart of everything. However property and the room was so outdated , not clean at all. Because we were just one nighters, i didnt make a big deal out of it. The bed was broken, room was dirty and all. The broken bed was all taken care of right away- guest relations are good. But they need to do better on the housekeeping! I would not come back to this hotel, i would avoid it next time for sure.

Was a bit disappointed that we couldn’t have breakfast in the hotel as it was closed for reservations work which it didn’t state this when booking the hotel 2 weeks prior to the stay

The perfect location for a visit to Valencia. The hotel is clean, tidy, and very close to shopping/food. The room was fantastic, and overlooked the square. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay, I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

Very spacious and remember to book a room with balcony overlooking the square. Close to the Main Street and within walking distance to the metro or north train station where there is free shuttle taking you to the long distance train station. I stayed here for the Valencia marathon event and needed to book well in advance. Breakfast also has good enough of choices. Will definitely choose to stay here again if I have a chance to visit Valencia again.

Nice hotelroom, good and proper daily cleaning. Friendly personel. We lacked daylight, though (which was a shame). Economy rooms have a "view" to the innerbuilding (=concrete). Apart from that this is a great accomodation!

This was our second time at the hotel, travelling with 17yr old daughter. Excellent hotel - location in a super-busy, safe area but amazingly not noisy inside. Our en suite room had a small balcony and mini fridge, very useful on both counts. Good shower, lots of toiletries so don't bother taking shampoo or shower gels! Clean, well-finished rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the area, also 1Euro lockers for cases if you're checking out but want to leave cases for a few hours.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing position. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Choose a room overlooking the square for fantastic views. Smallish rooms but perfectly comfortable and very clean. Thin walls not great if your neighbour talks loudly on their phone until 2am but that’s not hotels fault. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Beautiful hotel in general, has a luxury feel. The location cant be better, accross the street from Plaza del ayuntamiento and close to everything, the parking is about 4 minutes walking so if you have a lot of luggage think about it. The room is very small but comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom with a great shower. Bed was great but quality of sleep not excellent because a race of some sort was happening on the streets at night with the bands playing as well. Do no expect a lot of amenities but in general a great hotel

Great hotel right in the center of everything to see around the old town part of Valencia. (The beach part, which is the other main area, is about a 20 minute uber ride.) Staff were very helpful with advice, making dinner reservations, and answering any questions. Hotel is on a busy plaza, but it quiets down for sleeping. Highly recommend!

Centrally located hotel. Which was excellent. For some reason this is showing as a 2 star hotel but for me it is at least a four star. Wonderful location, excellent staff superb room and lots of nice little touches like beach towel hire

Right in the heart of Valencia with many things near by. I rented a larger suite form me and my 2 kids on the plaza side with a balcony overlooking the plaza. Great room with everything we needed and very centrally located. But note if there is a concert or event on the plaza you will hear it but we are heavy sleepers so we’re able to manage.

Beautiful property in great location. Only issues were that the hotel didn’t provide proper blankets in summer, only a paper thin sheet. The walls were also paper thin which meant we heard everything around us and could hardly sleep.

Amazing, a 2* hotel that thinks it's at least a 3*! Standard rooms have small balcony and excellent view. Good air con. Good choice at breakfast. Helpful staff. Right in the centre of the city so very walkable, but also close to metro, rail station and bus stops. Couldn't recommend more highly.
