Check in was slow and painful. It was like it was his first day and he was not nice. The building felt dated, hot water took forever to start in shower. The sheets are cheap synthetic and irritated me.

This hotel was in a great area. It was clean, the staff was friendly and Cynthia and Darryl at the front desk were very professional and helpful. Their staff is one of the main reasons I’d come back. The property was all around great!

Convenient location visiting daughter in Arlington. Nice hotel. Electric in room worked only in the bathroom. Had to make 2 calls over 8 hrs to rectify. One outlet in the room was missing cover. Not very safe for small children.

In town for a funeral at Arlington and stayed a few extra days to see the sights. Reserved two rooms, each room with two queen beds for a group of six. Check in was smooth, got to our rooms and both rooms only had one bed. If the rooms had had a couch with a pull out we could’ve made it work. Back down to the front desk where we were put in rooms with two queens, Cynthia was very helpful. One room was ok-bathroom not entirely clean, comforters had black stains. The other room-every tile on the bathroom floor was loose and the electrical for the heater/ac was in a mess of wires beneath the unit. Maintenance came in and put it in working condition, but there were still wires not put back where they should be. With the condition of the bathroom floor in that room (305) it should have never been open for occupancy. It was obvious the bathroom had severe water damage at one point. We debated asking for another room but the family staying in that room just wanted to go to bed. Breakfast buffet was 17.99 a person so we opted not to partake. Another couple in our group tried it one morning and said it wasn’t worth the price. The hotel is a short walk to the Courthouse metro station. There’s also a CVS and a few restaurants within a short walk as well. We placed a Walmart delivery order (the delivery fee was 9.95) and got a few breakfast items, snacks and a case of water, an option if you want to get a few things for your stay.

Nice location in Arlington to Washington DC. 9 minutes away. Fairly nice location. Had trouble with lock staying locked. Bring backup cleaning supplies for another once over. Friendly staff. Uncomfortable beds but good for a couple of nights. On site parking for fee.Overall I would still recommend if on budget and want to be close to DC.

Parking was horrible. We paid for parking and there was absolutely no spots. They didn’t even offer to comp back for the parking we didn’t get.

Our last stay wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst. I don't think I'll be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it. Here are some points: Cons: • Elevator not working right. You would press the floor button and nothing would happen. Even after pushing repeate3dly and hard still nothing. At one point we just got out and used the stairs • Showers are tiny! I’m 6’2” and my shoulders were tight from wall to glass door. A little uncomfortable. • Bathroom small in general. It was hard to close the door if you were standing in the bathroom. • The toilets o used a “Flushmate Pressure Assist” system (or similar pressure-assisted toilet) and it was extremely loud. We heard rooms on both sides of us flushing at all hours of the night. o had to wait 10 minutes between flushes for the pressure to build up. • Table/desk in our room had a broken leg. If you bumped it the leg would fall off. • Stiff bed • Have to pay $26/night to park at the hotel you are staying at!! Pros: • Close to the Courthouse Metro Station for quick access to downtown DC and Smithsonian. • Great food options and bakeries within walking distance.

Overall stay was good clean room great service staff, overall comfort was lacking just extremely hard beds, only negative other than beds was price of parking it was gouged when a lot of other similar hotels offered free, hilton charged 26 a night for their parking

Great service. Only issue was not restocking coffee cups or kcups. Good thing i had my own. Guy in restaurant was very friendly. So were the people behind desk. Well be back!

The hotel overall appeared to be clean; however, my room's bathroom wasn't clean. I sprayed it down with 91% rubbing alcohol, but still cringed to use it. The toilet was unclean. I'm glad my stay was only 1 night.

The Property is in a good location and very clean with excellent service and very close to downtown DC Rooms are very comfortable and good size rooms larger than some other hotels in the downtown DC area. Close to everything and minutes away to drive to the Kennedy Center and Performing Arts, Concert Hall I came to DC area. I will return to this hotel and highly recommend it.
