The hotel itself was fine, but when I needed to teleconference, the wifi was awful. It was the slowest I've ever seen. When the hotel was full of nerds like myself hoping to view the 2024 eclipse, I got speeds of 0.3 mbps. When most of them had left, I only got 2-3 mbps. That's not fast enough for any kind of zoom conference. I ended up having to drive to a Starbucks and sit outside in the parking lot so I could talk to my people. If you need to do any kind of business, this is not the hotel for you.

The first room was dirty and seemed run down. The second room was clean, but smelled like urine. Also the refrigerator rattles and makes loud pumping sounds all night.

Confortable bed and nice room. My fiance had a hard time in the shower because of the nozel being lower than his head. The vent in the bathroom was extremely dusty and there was hair in the drain and the bedding had some stains.

ROACHES! WOKE UP TO FIND A ROACH CRAWLING ACROSS THE BED! Breakfast was supposed to be until 9 am. The employee started licking the refrigerator at 8:35 and put away all the eating utensils and plates

Shampoo and body wash dispensers in shower/ tub were empty. HVAC clanged loudly when cycling on, had to turn off. Refrigerator motor was loud every thirty minutes for thirty seconds when it ran. Insulation was laying all over and pipes were exposed in ceiling of area leading to the pool. The exercise room dispenser had no towel wipes to clean equipment after use. The Dining room and breakfast we're well maintained. The upholstered chairs at tables were badly soiled.

It was decent. We liked that it had a pool and free continental breakfast. The hot tub was closed, but we didn't care about that. For the price, I was expecting a more updated look. The bed wasn't very comfortable but wasn't horrible. It looked like the cleaning crew missed a few spots, and it didn't shine like some hotels. I liked that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. I utilized both.

Breakfast was great and service was excellent. Beds were comfortable but the room was lacking. Few electrical outlets, lamps with burned out bulbs, shower curtain about to fall off the wall, shower soap pumps that didn’t want to give up much soap, and a TV that didn’t have channels or apps. The 8.8 rating seems inaccurate.

The 8.8 rating must have been from the 80’s because though it had a few upgrades, the photos used were misleading. One reason we booked that place was because it had a hot tub…well it wasn’t working and appeared to not have been working for quite some time, and that was one of the appealing photos in their profile…it didn’t even have water in it! Carpet in the room was old and stained. Dead cockroach was under the bathroom sink. Mattress was stiff and not comfortable. Tub immediately started to fill with water as you showered and took forever to drain. Hair dryer didn’t work. Other than that, we were able to sleep.

Curtains were ripped in multiple places. No toilet seat cover dingy dirty old carpets. Old soda bottles from previous guest under bed. Other than those minor things. I'd stay here again if I had to. I felt safe so that makes up for the dingyness.

I really wanted to give 5 stars, but I couldn’t quite get there. The hotel exterior, front area, dining area, and our room, bathroom, and bedding were very clean, although we did get a blast of an “off” odor when we first walked in. It seemed to dissipate eventually. The bath tub faucet was difficult to figure out, as we tried to turn on the shower head. It fell off. I had to call for assistance. There wasn’t tissue in the tissue holder. Lotion, nor a hair dryer were available. The hot tub was out of order, which is one feature that prompted me to book our stay there. The breakfast and coffee were very clean. The food offered was typical and ok. Overall, the most important thing to us when we are traveling is cleanliness and it was very clean and the shortcomings were minimal. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel and room both very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The shower had great water pressure and awesome shower head. The keurig was a plus. My only complaint is that the pillows were flimsy, but that's just my personal preference. If I ever go to Ft. Smith again, this is where I'll stay!

Lobby was nice. First room wasn't vacuumed, so they gave us another. No available luggage carts. It was late, 11:30. They gave us late checkout for the next day. Sheets and towels were clean. Sink and toilet clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. Nice pillows. Didn't see any bugs. Walls dirty. Chairs stained. Ceiling water stained. All dusty. We rinsed the air filters from the heater in the tub. Tub drained very slowly. Furniture was all banged up and wobbly. Had to be careful not to knock over the microwave cabinet. Next morning, breakfast was pretty good, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, the usual bagels muffins and cereal and yogurt. It was well stocked and the attendant was efficient and friendly. Didn't use the pool. Hot tub was empty/broken. Back in room, shower valve was broken wouldn't direct water into the shower. But the tub didn't drain anyway. We washed in the sink. Our "late checkout" key card quit working at 10am (should have worked until noon), and housekeeping tried to come in by 10:30ish.

Hot tub broke during entire stay. Pool was heated for first day only - rest of stay pool was cold. Breakfast first day was great. Second day came to breakfast at 8:20 breakfast was supposed to be until 9:00 absolutely no food available and none was refilled only was able to get a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast - they were even out of coffee. Start of stay was great and went downhill from there.

Check-in was fast & friendly. All the staff are friendly. Housekeeping does not make much noise at all. In room fridges are HUGE which helps. Breakfast is WONDERFUL and eggs are REAL not powdered! A little outdated BUT CLEAN which is the most important to me. Indoor pool, wow. I WILL be staying here again in the next few months!

The pros: price, indoor pool (although hot tub was out of order), decent free breakfast, staff were really friendly and helpful, safe location, and great water pressure in the shower. The cons: the building/rooms are in need of repair, mold on the ceiling in our bathroom, wallpaper tacked up with push pins in main areas, our room had a funky odor that set off my husbands allergies, the carpet used as baseboards was falling off the wall in the room.
