The staff was friendly and responsive when we reached out ahead of our stay. The room was small but clean. Our room was on the basement level, so we were worried about lighting. But it was bright, well lit. The weather was unusually warm but our room never got stuffy. There were windows on both sides of the room, so we got a nice cross breeze. We were close to the train station (a requirement for us) and taxis were readily available nearby. Plus, lots of places to eat within walking distance.
There we no elevators and the hallways were a nit narrow. But thats par for the course. Not a deal breaker, just need to manage expectations. I wouldn’t recommended for someone with mobility challenges.
All in all, I’d definitely stay there again.

Location was perfect for an early next morning trip from Kings Cross station. Room was clean, bathroom and shower were good. Room was small, as expected, but was adequate for two persons /one night. A/C was a missing element (room only provided with an oscillating fan). Not sure that was mentioned in the room details before booking. Lots of building construction near the hotel that took away from the nice park across the street from hotel entry.

Comfortable bed and clean room within a very short distance to Kings Cross or Euston train stations. Very convenient!
