The staff is super friendly! We stayed in a large room that came with a full sized refrigerator, sink and microwave. We also had a beach view! The pool and hot tub are awesome and we noticed that new umbrellas and tables on the outlook deck! This is our second stay. If you don’t mind a little dated, but clean and affordable- this is your place!!

The room needs an updating, but was super clean. The bathroom ceiling was lower than the rest of the room and the shower stall is small, so for tall and big people it was a little confining. The water pressure could have been better. We were able to pick what floor we wanted which was great and rhe view was spectacular. This is a great budget friendly place to stay in Panama City if you want a great view of the gulf.

We got there early and asked for early check-in and was told they would call us. They never called and when i went back up at 4 they were filling units and we were never called and I paid in full. The overall place is in a nice area, love the beaches, but could be updated to make it look nicer. The bathrooms are a clean but very outdated.

Old motel. Smelly room….musty. Great view of ocean! Nice beach. Needs updating, good enough for an overnight stay to watch the sunset and have coffee on the beach.

Stayed one night. The room smelled like mildew and weed. Carpet felt wet. My parents room had vomit on the box spring and the comforter. We have stayed there many of times and we were not pleased this time.

I did not enjoy my stay at all. The room had a weird smell. Some nights the toilet ran all night. When i checked in the floors were full of sand and the comforter and sheets had a stain on both. The bathroom is so small with the toilet a few inches from the tub. On at least 2 mornings i woke up to loud thumping noises above me. Come to find out my room was located in the maintenance area. But the worst part of all is that the front deak worker PRETENDED to not know why there was so much noise and when i told her that i didnt like the room, she kept saying the whole hotel was booked and we couldnt be moved to another room. Also the room had spots on the walls and doors that looked like somebody patched up holes but never finished painting over them and the baseboard around the sink fell apart. If you go, do not let them put you in rooms 129, 130,or 131.

Everything met expectations with a few exceptions. The hot tub wasnt hot but barely warm. The water in the room was at most luke warm. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable i remember sleeping on.

The property is not maintained properly at all. The service is poor, I had to followup 3-4 times for room service as they skipped room service of my room and I was told they had run out of towels. Front desk was rude. Hair dryer was not working, door locks not working in the room, rooms and furnitures are very old. Only good thing was it is a beach front property. Would not like to stay here again and neither would I recommend anyone to stay. As Hotel.com you should also vet what properties you are listing. It reflects poorly on you. Expect better from Hotels.com

Positives- View is wonderful Room is great, we had a full size fridge, a sink, two TV’s for the two beds Price is great Negatives- The ceiling in the shower was falling apart, our door was left open by cleaners and they weren’t supposed to be there that day (they came the 2nd day there when they are supposed to come every 3rd day) since we weren’t expecting anyone to be in our room everything of ours was laid out every where so something could have easily gone “missing” or anyone could have walked into our room.

Our family of 3 stayed in a standard double queen room for 4 days, the view of the ocean was amazing! The room was fairly clean, the shower looked a little rough, poor patch jobs in the plaster. The hotel could use an update. The elevators were kinda sketchy and didn’t work some of the time. The ice machine was down so you have to go to the bar by the pool to get ice. Customer service was decent. The pool and hot tub was clean, the walk to the beach was literally seconds. Honestly this place was a pretty good deal. Could have definitely been a little bit cleaner overall and definitely need to hire a maintenance man but if your just here for the vibes and aren’t going to be in the hotel much, this would be perfect for you.

A woman working at the front desk was very rude when I called for towels since we didn’t get housekeeping services. I waited 6 hours at least and no one came with towels. We had to take towels off a housekeeping cart so we could shower. Air conditioner worked, but was falling apart. In general the room was pretty old and beyond worn. But the bed was comfortable. Also found a cockroach under bathroom sink. I would not rebook here.

My husband and I travel to PCB several times a year and always stay here. Not too expensive and is far enough away from the busy part of PCB to feel like we have our own little slice of paradise. The rooms are clean. It is not the fanciest hotel there is but we spend most of our time on the beach anyways. All in all, we always come back to this one!

Great beachside motel. Very Comfortable bed. A little tired in the outdoor hallways. They skipped servicing my room which was upsetting after a long day out when they were lightly occupied. I would stay again for the price.

Enjoyed the view and that the pool and hot tub were warm and cozy made the cold beach weekend enjoyable. Room was nice and clean. The restaurant and bar was also a nice touch. I'll be back.

Did not stay there/ Hotel was miles from Panama City Beach. Parking lot looked like it was being paved and there and smokers galore in the lot. Tried to get refunded for the second day but could not. Do not get the insurance as it is worthless.

Soul refreshing stay right on the beach ❤️ very clean very comfortable nice friendly staff. Only tiniest glitch - hoped to stay “late checkout” (noon instead of but they are really “pinching the Pennie’s” on housekeepers clocking out- so told me no. And abc channel channel 3 does not come in- but that’s quite ok -just listening to the ocean Overall though, fantastic! Wish I lived here.

The front desk attendants were awesome. Venesha and the new girl. The property was in bad condition looks like they were making repairs. My key card did not work for the hot tub or pool.

The hotel is very neglected and in terrible condition, the rooms are in very poor condition, dirty carpets and dirty chairs. It is a disaster. I was afraid that someone would come in in the middle of the night or that an insect would appear on me.
