This is my third time staying here. The rooms are clean and include full kitchens, the staff is helpful and friendly and the hotel us located near a bunch of stuff.

Beautiful, clean and quiet, I was so comfortable and relaxed, staff were pleasant and kind, the breakfast was convenient, This hotel will be my go to place from now on, It was 13 minutes to the water park at the Showboat and was very easy directions, thank you, it's been a long time since I found a hotel I was pleased with, my daughter loves this place now 👍

The hotel jacuzzi tub was in horrible conditions. It had black and brown stains inside tub. Tub was not clean. I purchase my own cleaning supplies and used a towel to step on on the inside on tub while bathing. The room had hair all over the place. It was not cleaned at all. Food was still left in the refrigerator from previous guest. I requested all new clean sheets

The staff is horrible and would never refer anyone to those dunecoons!!! We went to check in and have a service dog and first off they tried to charge us for the dog and that was strike one because it’s against the law to charge me such a charge and then the curry smelling ass sandfleas they said we needed all sorts of records and paperwork to prove that our dog was indeed a service dog and I showed then her id to prove it!!!!

Good value and great location for visiting the nearby Edwin Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge. No hot items at the buffet breakfast, but with a full kitchen in our room we could cook our own breakfast. The room could use some remodeling, but, for the price, we can't complain. The staff was friendly and competent.

I like the property I just think y'all should upgrade the interior new furniture and definitely a smart television that have Netflix Hulu Prime Video etc…. But overall it's a pretty good place not bad at all…

Generally, a good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. King suite was quite large. Full kitchen with separate sitting and dining areas make this a good choice for a long term stay, especially with family. Room was overdue for renovation. Tub was in very bad shape. The drain plug was broken and reglazing on tub was wearing off. Safe was inoperative. I would have asked for another room if I wasn't just staying a night.

Room and hallway smelled awkward they asked for a hundred dollar security after I already prepaid then when I checked out the person at the desk said that they will refund after everything checks out in the room I was there for 1 night will never stay there again people outside smoking pot it smelled so bad outside

The property is clean. Staff is friendly. Gave me a couple of water bottle which is a first compared to other small hotels. Breakfast is OK. Maybe hot feed next time. Pretty big room. Very spacious. Bathroom is clean except the tub which I think needs to be replaced. Paint is peeling off. Overall, not bad at all considering the price.

We had a good time in the pool. Nice and clean. Only thing was the breakfast wasn't appealing. They could offer more variety of things to eat but it still was good and I enjoyed myself. 15 mins away from AC. Can't beat the price. Nice lady at the desk.

Nice stay. Slept well. Room was clean. Hand towels replaced upon request. They felt damp. Front desk friendly and helpful. "Breakfast" was okay as long as you like muffins, toast or cold cereal. Bacon or sausage would have been nice

Would have given 5 stars had our hot tub worked. The room was very clean. There was no cookware for the kitchenette. Apartment sized refrigerator was clean, and was a refreshing change from normal motel fridges. The only other thing that was annoying was the height of the bed. I am handicapped but did not request an accessible room. The bed height was uncomfortably high. It would not be an issue if I wasn't disabled The continental breakfast was very sparse. Mini muffins and bread were the only baked goods. They DID have a nice selection of seasonal fruit. There were also cereal options.

The receptionist gave me a room card for 314 instead of 214! I walked in the room and there was a woman laying in the bed freaking out! They called it a mistake I didn’t because I came with my underage daughters and it could’ve happened to them!

There was a very strong cleaner smell throughout the hotel. I had to was everything in our suitcases and air out our suitcases because they all smelled like the hotel when we got home.

Friendly staff, clean & spacious room. I didn't swim, but pool and hot tub looked inviting. Loved the full size fridge and freezer. AC is cold and you can keep the fan going all night for people that need it. Breakfast was pretty basic, no hot food, but enough to start your day. TV cable was unreliable. I would get a lot of channels saying unavailable...it would work then go out for 15mins. Lots of food options around as well.

My husband and I were caught totally off guard by how spacious and nice the room was. We stayed in room 129 with the jacuzzi in the bathroom which was huge. I loved the living room and kitchenette. The bed was soft yet firm. Haven’t slept so well in a while.

Very convenient location, near shops.restaurants. Spacious parking,fast registration, and checkout, a gracious helpful owner, full kitchen ur bring pots,coffe and filters. Dish soap and dishwasher soap. Bkfst very sketchy.

Its older and they do their best. Staff are polite and helpful. There is no coffee in the room. Vending and ice machines are all out of order. The fridge makes noises and i guess the neighbors too.
