Bed and pillows were not very comfortable; the tub didn't work entirely well; the AC broke down during our last night there requiring us to relocate to another room. Very inconvenient and the attendant didn't;t even to offer to assist us in relocating. Very disappointing.

The Inn as beautiful, very cozy with beautiful rooms. My favorite part of the Inn were the library with the cozy fireplace and the light and airy sitting room. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

it was new years eve. we got there and were informed the hot tub wasnt working. but would be up and running tomorrow at 8 am! no use to us then. this si the 2nd time ive been to this hotel and both time the hot tub was out of commission. disappointing.

The Inn is extremely comfortable for a winter beach stay. It's a very short walk to restaurants and the boardwalk. The staff are welcoming and helpful.

It was amazing. Everyone was so nice even with our energetic 2 and 4 yr olds. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast top notch. The spa on the second floor was phenomenal. We were also walking distance to the beach and the town center. We will be back.

So this hotel is in a perfect place with two great restaurants 200 yards away. the carpets in our room with a little dirty and benefit from a carpet shampoo. The ladies on reception were ultra helpful and plenty of maps and chat...great! Breakfast was included in our rate and very nice...fresh omelettes of your choice made by the young chef...nice! plenty of car parking in the basement and a lift from the basement to your room/reception really great if its wet or you have heavy bags. The entrance rooms are great to sit and have a coffee or soft drink which is always available or a pre dinner drink from the bar sat infront of a fire...NICE touch. I would really recommend the hotel and we will go back even though we live in England.

This hotel is conveniently located anf had an excellent friendly, engaging, efficient and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is plentiful. This was our first time staying here but we will definitely return.

In a word, disappointing. I have stayed and Bellmoor a few times over the years and I can tell is due for a renovation. My room looked outdated, noisy a/c wall unit, old uncomfortable mattress, worn out area rugs, unusable coffee machine, etc. For daily charges over 500k a night I expected more. It’s a pity, it used to be a great resort in the heart of Rehoboth.

For the amount we paid to stay here was not worth it! Our room was tiny with an ac window unit that was incredibly loud. There was dust on the ceiling fan, that landed on our bed when it was turned on and the paint was chipping in the bathroom. We paid a little over $2,000 for a 4 night stay, I expected a better experience and was really disappointed!!

The Bellmore has beautiful amenities, including inside lobby nooks, outside garden area, small adult pool, excellent location, very nice included breakfast, etc. Our room, in the garden area, however, was small and with average decor. Better, if possible, to stay in the main building (more expensive). Window A/C was noisy, sink is in the room with bed, not bathroom and tub/shower has no grab-bars. Lovely hotel and overall property but need to select room carefully.

I have been traveling the world so I consider that I have a voice when it comes up to rate hotels. Bellmoor Inn in Rehoboth Beach was an amazing experience for me and my family, not only because its very clean, elegant, with different chilling areas, but most importantly because the quality of service that they offer! Staff was super friendly, from the front desk people, guy who was at the family pool, to the amazing lady (from Czech Republic) who took us to the beach as part of the hotel service! It’s difficult to find good service and warm people in the US (no offense), but I found this gem of hotel and definetely will come back, mostly because its only 3 hour drive from home (DC)

We stayed here last year and loved everything, location, parking and especially the lobby area and bar. This time the place seemed very understaffed, bar was almost never open, the energy of the place seemed low. Spa seemed understaffed, no appointments available, no email back from the spa when I was trying to book a treatment in advance of our check in. Pool hours were cut short of the posted times, so we were told we could not swim at 9pm, but posted hours were until 11pm. Staff seemed burned out and a little on edge, not mean or nasty, just not helpful. We will likely not return again.

What a beautiful place to stay. When in the garden, you would never know you are steps from the hustle of the beach town. Staff was tremendous, food was great, the buildings are wonderful on the inside. Great place to stay with family or for business to unwind l.

We stayed at the upper floor for adults which have better rooms including large suites. Rooms are nicely decorated. Very helpful staff. Hotel is close to beach, shops and restaurants. Probably the best place to stay in Rehoboth. Only wish the bar was open more days

I have to say the staff was amazing! They work hard and step in when others need help. Everyone was friendly, helpful and kind. Jim took us in the golf cart, provided by the hotel to the beach. He was so nice,and told us about local restaurants and points of interest. Breakfast was very good, and again, such hard workers. Only a few blocks away from all the great shops, restaurants and beach. This is my second year staying at the Bellmoor Inn and Spa. Highly recommend.

Staff were attentive and friendly but price and fees were too high given the rooms, decor. Parts of hotel seem dated and need upkeep. If it were lower in price it would have been a nice stay given the great location and easy parking. Bookshelves and couches are a nice touch.
