Friendly staff; nicely appointed hotel; walkable to downtown Rehoboth.
Sometimes we could here music from the club across the street at night.

The location was great - walkable into Rehoboth especially Rise Up Coffee, Park, etc. Easy access with having a code to get in - no hassle with check in, had the option for digital check in which made it quick and easy! Parking was super easy as well - right in front of our room!
Super disappointed there was no coffee point in the kitchen! Having to leave the property to go and find coffee was a bit disappointing! There was also VERY limited silverware in the kitchen. Maybe two spoons and one fork. Bathroom in the unit we were in was SUPER tiny, luckily we fit, but I can't say that would necessarily be the case for every guest. Mattress could definitely use an upgrade, I ended up sleeping on top of pillows it was so poor.

I didn't have the breakfast
Shower curtain smelled like mold, and had a black hair stuck to the bottom of it. I used one of the towels to wipe up a l I ttle water that was on the the floor and the towel was absolutely filthy. My socks were black because of the floors being so disgustingly dirty. Found hair on my pillow. Make sure you bring ear buds, the hotel is right across from a bar that has dance music blasting until 2 AM
