The customer service here is absolutely amazing. I have never had issues with them and they go the extra mile for us. We had a glitch happen to us where we paid for a room online and when we go there the payment was never paid. The lady at the desk ffixed it for us even though it was the websites issue and she didnt have to do that.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the table wasn’t clean it has some purple stuff on it and the place where the TV is.

The room smelled musty upon walking into the room. Rust was everywhere in the bathroom. Poor ventilation. The toilet had a lid but no seat. Counters were scratched badly and deeply. Property just looks poorly maintained in general. Cleaning staff either didn’t clean the room or do an adequate job cleaning. When I tried to talk to the clerk upon check out I got blamed for not saying something sooner but I tried to tell him that I got in a little after 1 am and was so tired that I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of moving all my stuff to another room so I just left it and went to bed.

The main problem with this place is that they charged me an extra $35 to extend my stay. Makes me wonder if they are actually in the hospitality business. Not only do they charge for stayovers, but they also charge the same 35 dollar fee if you check-in after 10:30 pm. Other than that this place used to be the nicest Motel 6 in the Salt Lake area, just can't say that with the sur fee. Would've given them a minus one if I could.

We arrived midnight at the property. Outside our room was filled with cigarette butts. When we get inside the room smelled cigarettes. Asked the front desk for a different room, he said they only have non smoking rooms. he said they were full. Hardly any cars outside the hotel. He just gave me an air freshener that made the smell worse in the room. Few sketchy guys outside parked on the side of the road. Will never recommend this motel

The clerk was fantastic, did everything & more to make us happy & comfortable. The start of the night outside was quite rowdy & made us nervous, made the rest of my night very uncomfortable. Later all got quiet but I did not sleep well.

This is one of the most disgusting and disturbing Motel 6 I have ever been too!! The rooms were filthy and covered with burns on counters and the room smelt like someone died in the rooms! When we pulled around back to our rooms there were 3 ladies smoking drugs not weed CRACK COCIANE ON THE SECOND FLOOR! And there was a guy shooting in drugs in a car! The room w my 18year old daughter was put in had a gap of around the room door that attaches the next room. They could see into her room. And her door did not shut! I came back to our room and grabbed my kids w my pistol for protection and put them in my car. I immediately pulled around front and immediately checked out. The lady would t let me sign anything and she told me that they would get the money refunded! I had to go spend $480 across the street at the comfort inn!! This is the slum of all slums of a Motel 6. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!! I made my kids take showers when we got to the new hotel! I have asked several times for my $360 back and I have been denied! This motel should be shut down and not on Hotel.com.

I have stayed here a few times and was never charged $30 for an early check in fee . I could see if the place was booked but there was hardly anyone staying there . I thinks it’s ridiculous. I will be looking for another place in the future .

The floor of the room was dirty. Had to take a shower with barely warm water. Otherwise ok.

We walked in the room and left within 3 minutes. I am not sure they even cleaned the room. Maybe someone made the bed with dirty sheets and called it good? There were long hairs all over the bathroom and bathroom floors, visible dirt and grime on the shower floor, stains on the sheets, and dirty toilets. We were super tired and it was very late, so we thought about just asking for clean sheets and making it work, but we couldn’t do it and we left. Was not a good experience and a waste of $80.

Water is not coming in wash basin. Also the bed sheets and comforter is dirty. Toilet seat is very poor condition. Washroom door has no lock. Continuely water is floating from shower. Overall bad experience

Had to have maintenamcw cut lock bar on door to get in. Coffee was not fresh. No maid service. No shampoo unless you bought a bottle for $1. Windows looked like they havent been cleaned all year.

Dog area was very nice. However, there were no chairs or benches to sit and enjoy the green grass and night air. The door to the shower/toliet are kept sticking making it hard to open. We were hoping for a fridge. The staff was courteous and professional.

Most of the room looked as though paint (or something else) was splattered and stained. This included the bed, floor, sink, and toilet. Broken lamp shade. The exterior was pretty rundown as well. The lady at the front desk was very nice and the mattress was decent. I should have just paid the extra money to stay somewhere else.

I was happier with the room than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. I was given a handicapped room and I enjoyed the extra space, I do not have a handicap. I thought the TV was a size too small. Walking barefoot, I found the floor needed to be cleaned. better.

The smoke alarm was doing it's high-pitched beeping, usually notifing that the battery needs to be replaced. (Awful) I went to office and told them. They handed me a new battery!! I stood on a chair trying to figure how to get to the battery. It to firever, and finally found it. I tried for an hour to get the new one to work and stop the beeping. It NEVER STOPPED! THE WORST NIGHT EVER! I was so tired and had to catch a plane in the morning. Then discovered that the old battery was still charged! The smoke alarm was malfunctioning!! Took the battery to the office in the morning and told the battery was still good. They ssid they would get maintance to look at it. I WAS CHECKING OUT AND IT WAS THE SAME DESK MANAGER FROM THE EVENING BEFORE.

The room that was rented to me had large holes busted in the bathroom door on both sides, no bedspread, missing smoke alarm, and smelled of smoke. Later discovered towel rack barely attached to wall, shower head cracked, and control panel cover on a/c unit missing and inoperable. I let the front desk know immediately as to avoid smoking charge or damage charges, and was told they were aware and in process of fixing the room. Desk was nice, but can't believe they'd rent a room in that condition. I understand Motel 6 is economy, and my parents' room was adequate, but mine was subpar!

I like this place because it is close enough to Lagoon Park, and out of the way so as to avoid traffic. The staff were helpful and courteous.
