Stayed during graduation time. I booked ahead so the rate was low compared to last minute rate of $200.00 which was ridiculous for a below par motel as this. The floor tiling was cracked, the wall lamps were loose, the towels were rough, stained and had splinters, the bed mattresses sunk in the middle and were very uncomfortable, the bathroom door was damaged from an animal scratching off the bottom layer of wood, the floors were sticky from their cleaning liquid, and overall it was a run down motel. The good: the staff was very friendly, the room had a small fridge, microwave and a working TV.

Everything about the place from the minute i drove up screamed CRACKHEAD MOTEL! There were windows busted out and covered with plywood, people higher than a kite asleep on stairs. The pool was still covered and looked disgusting even with a cover! our room wreaked of weed, and it was NON SMOKING! It had a conjoining door to the next room, and we could here a guy beating a girl! We left immeadetley, didnt even set our things down for fear of bed bugs!!

Due to my reservation I put month in advance, I did agree to pay at property, we as family had arrived little after check in time frame, that they charge my accounts, they did not have any rooms ready with beds as i requested, so manager had to accommodate our family that room we stay in had bed bugs rental, we check out early and stayed elsewhere. Due to the manager we went back so I refunded on early check out back onto credit card.

You have a guy walking around all the time trying to asked for your phone number when you dont apply he cussed you out outside by the big trash can are very dirty ...you can hear people walkin all night up and down the stairs ...there people smoking drugs outside and it very loud smell...my husband stayed up most of the night for i can get some sleep..i feel sorry for the single ladies with kids over there cause of the condition of this place

This place is the absolute worst my wife and i checked in and i was overcharged. The person on the desk charged my card 2 extra times. Then we get to the room and the floors are coming up the bathroom is dirty and there is a bullet hole in the wall. Also the bed isnt even a bed ots a bunch of paddding all stacked together with a sheet on it

There was no phone in the room and it smell like smoke and the bath room wasnt clean..the sheet on bed wasnt clean outside was dirty was ashamed cause i had my children and my grandmother with me

They dont clean the outside area be trash everywhere parl lot is not i. Good condition pot hold ...smoke alarm didn’t work and he phone in room didnt have jack to make calls the tv didnt work it kept going off ...

We checked in at 1 am after a long day of driving and loading up a trailer we get to the room to having no TV and upon closer inspection the cable cord was broken and when I called the front desk the gentleman said that he had called the maintenance guy and that they had no extra cable cords. There also were cigarette burns on the bathtub, paint on the floor, blue fingertip marks on the mirror and just overall a very unkept room

The only positive thing I can say is that the price was discounted because there was no hot water.

Didnt have no hot water and they move me to another room and the next day they hot water heater went out and they stay the part will not come in for 7 days

I requested another room, after finding dog hairs all over the sheets on the bed. I instantly regretted it after getting a new room that smelled of cigar smoke. And to my surprise the whole building didnt have water and the person un the lobby didn't notify me when checking in

There was drug activity going on all night, noise outside my room I got no sleep. The heater was a hunk of junk, the bathtub hadn't been cleaned in months. Stomping and slamming doors every couple of minutes. Loud music and hollering. Just terrible!

The girl at the front desk was awesome.
The room was NOT AT ALL what I booked online. The room smelled like dirty socks. I had two dogs with me that are very well trained and they stayed close to me for the short amount of time we slept. We were woke up about 2am by the people staying next to us. They were laughing and being stupid, yelling, had the tv way up. I was afraid to call the office about them because they sounded drunk. I carried a knife to take my dogs to walk in the so called grass that was full of stickers. That was lots of fun to deal with. I couldn’t get back to sleep so I finally just got all my stuff and checked out really early in the morning.

Don't book here--you won't stay. The clerk was welcoming and warm upon checkin. She promised us a nonsmoking room on the first floor. But when we got to the room, it had clearly been smoked in for a long time. Cigarette burns were on the stained bedspread, on the tub and the toilet. And flies were everywhere: The more we killed, the more appeared. They must be breeding in the AC unit. The room was fairly clean, but there was a broken light above the sink and a dangling lampshade. Peeople were roaming through the parking lot, and we smelled weed from a couple of rooms. A police unit cruised by. We went to the office to say the room was clearly used for smoking, so the clerk offered us a second floor room (no elevator). But we didnt feel safe and asked for a refund
She said she could refund the second night only--but i havemt been reimbursed yet.

the place looks like a flop house on tv. sign at the front desk says no refunds, went up to room saw to different types of bugs, smoke detector missing, towel bar in bath missing, furniture damaged. Thought I felt bugs crawling on me hope I didn't bring bed bugs away with me. took pictures and left. am now checked into a best western in post, tx. it sucks having to pay for 2 rooms in one night. Filled a complaint with motel 6.
