Motel was fine for the expense. However site shows trailer parking under amenities. The only trailer parking is if you arrive early enough to take 4-8 parking spots. There is no actual trailer parking. We had to park on the street.

The hotel is run down, there was a hole in the ceiling in the hallway. There was garbage next to our door. The sink in our bathroom was leaking. The lady at the front desk was unpleasant The desk in our room was coming apart with a nail poking out that caught my pants. It’s one of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We could hear every single person that walked by or talked by our room. Will never stay at a Motel 6 again.

I stayed 3 nights, after night one I asked for Housekeeping. Came back that night, no fresh towels bed was unmade. I was there 3 nights and did not receive any housekeeping services, although I asked every day. It's Motel 6, I don't have any expectations but clean towels, after asking for 3 days...c'mon.

The floor was sticky. There were stains on the sheets. Hair inside the pillow case. Towels were stained and dirty, but were hung up for use. The walls, a/c return, light fixtures and table were all dirty. Everything seemed like it was from a horror movie.

Microwave is essential and a fridge is needed but I was cheated out of the amenities By booking online instead of directly in person. Yes By paying online I was garranteed a room available. I was guaranteed my credit card had funds to pay the rent. BUT, for a little more money I would have got my needed amenities the FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE. I also would have been able to inform them I am not a smoker and needed a non smoking floor WITH A FRIDGE and MICROWAVE. Andrew was the desk clerk and he did not read the details and gave me room number 117 without a fridge and a microwave. THAT IS WHY I look at pictures and specifically request certain rooms. Hospitality needs improvement but the facillity new owners is working hard to get good staff. Cleanliness is improving at MOTEL 6 in Lehi. CUSTOMER SERVICE needs more of a heart to understand the meaning of hospitality.

This stay was horrible. There was a dog barking for hours and when I tried to call the front desk the phone was not functioning. It smelled of weed and cigarettes! People smoking outside everywhere. Will never stay here again!

Good central location, standard amenities. My room was about 100 ft from interstate. Constant traffic noise day and night. Construction of unit should have included double pane windows to reduce traffic noise. Will avoid this place in the future.

It’s a Motel 6. My hopes were not high. Overall the stay was exactly what you’d expect and there is no issue with that. I have no gripes with the freezing cold room, or the constant noise, or the stained bedding. The evening staff was very nice, however they seemed inconvenienced by me checking in. they then made not one but two jokes about how “it’s a motel 6, of course _ is broken” in the 2 minutes I was checking in. I am a firm believer in never talking poorly on the company who employs you, it makes the customer feel shameful. In the morning when i went to check out, there were two men at the desk. I had told the first guy that i was ready to check out and he just nodded me over to his co-worker, no reply…. Said co worker did not bother to look up from him phone for 3 entire minutes before the first guy had to remind him that I was standing directly in front of him. I’ve received much better service in other Motel 6 locations.

The elevator was out of service. When I walked back down to the first floor for ice, the ice maker was also out of service. The overall facility appearance and cleanliness was fine - but the maintenance of the building mechanical systems was sorely lacking. FWIW, I was a facilities maintenance supervisor for a Fortune 100 company for 26 years, and this kind of failure to maintain the building mechanical systems would have been considered an unacceptable failure. These kinds of breakdowns are so easily prevented through simply scheduling preventative maintenance.

When I worked there at motel 6 we was told to clean and sanitize the rooms! Well, the room I had purchase the bathtub was filthy. I mean filthy, but other than that rest was good and I'm sure if I had let. The lady at the front no or the guy they would've had to clean up or move me. That's how good they were in that part. Thank would recommend it for those who are needing a quick rest and open go again. You're not looking for the big expensive hotels.

The hotel was okay but it lacked things that most motels have. No fridge or microwave unless you pay more was kind of a rip off and there was only an ice machine on the first floor. I booked a queen room and was originally put in a full room, but the staff was great and got me into a queen.

Lehi is a fabulous area. So, when I unexpectedly needed to stay, I knew the area was safe. The man at the front desk was courteous & said he would take care of the things I brought to his attention when I told him about the things I noticed during my stay. If you sleep on the freeway side, you will hear traffic all night long. I had earplugs, so I was ok in this area. There was an odd smell as I walked into the floor that had a sweet odor to it that seems like either mold or drugs…perhaps a combo. My eyes stung during my stay. I’m sensitive to bleach and chemicals…so there was that facet as well. I didn’t feel rested the next day. It was an inexpensive place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend it. You can tell the housekeepers are trying to make it clean…something just felt incredibly off.

The bed was comfortable, however it seemed more like a full size rather than queen. The towel bar fell off the wall when I took the towel off. Very basic, no frills.

They need to upgrade windows. Freeway right next to property and is super loud if you don’t have ear plugs. I understand a little noise but this was so loud as cars and trucks were right out the window. I looked at window and single Paine which means no noise cancellation at all

The price was fair for what it was. Dirty bed sheets lacking a pillow, and bedspread. The heater did not work that well so the room was cold.

We only stayed one night, but all was well! No complaints! We stay at motel 6 often as we love the reasonable cost and take our dogs with us. May not be as fluffy and nice as some other properties but we are in and out doing other activities. Perfect place for us!

I arrived exhausted at 2am and found my room uncleaned from the previous guest, reeking of cigarette smoke. Used sheets and unmade bed. Dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom. After seeing and smelling this room I wasn't interested even if there was a clean room available elsewhere in the motel. Just walked out and stayed with a friend.

Bedding was soft, good shower. good location. Sheets had hair (not ours), sink wouldn't drain...toilet stopped working, elevator stopped working. It was a quiet night sleep though.

Elevator broke done for hours. I am lucky I was not trapped inside. My luggage was trapped and I did not get it back until nearly 1 AM. The hotel admitted they did not get a tech to repair the elevator. The hotel manager just reset the elevator.

Dirty rooms that smelled like cigarette smoke even in the non-smoking rooms. The hallways were dirty the outside property was littered with trash, beer cans, boxes etc.

Very noisy and dirty establishment. People above us never went to bed and were always making noise jumping around or dropping things. No consideration to other people. Called the front desk about it but nothing changed. Left the property at 3:30am since we didn’t get to sleep anyway. When I arrived for check in there was dog poop on the floor of the lobby from an accident I was told

The heater went out it was 46 degrees in my room and the girl that works the desk ..."graveyard shift" would not move me to another room there was plenty rooms available the place was not busy...I lost sleep and froze my butt of all night then had to go to work,I even asked the same girl to change rooms and ill pay for it she said no the maintenance guy works later he will fix it..
