Stay was fine but we ended up and a smoking room even though I booked a non smoking room in advance.

Location is the only thing good

Run down dirty motel, laundry room had no laundry machines, one of the very few motel 6's I've run into that charges a deposit, $50 cash of you dont have a card on file, bit don't expect to get it back! We left our room literally cleaner then we got it and were exactly 4 minutes past 11am check out time, and without even looking at our room the lady working front desk tore up my deposit receipt and said i forfeited my deposit by not being out at 11am... If anything we should have gotten a partial refund, but honestly we should have gotten the full $50, house keeping hadn't even been by our room yet so we did not slow down their business in any way with those 4 extra minutes. The front desk lady had the worst attitude and was very rude.

the front desk staff kicked me out of the hotel even though i had paid online (through expedia) and didn’t check in with the front desk. i attempted to call the front desk and the phone rang on and on no answer. it’s freezing outside with sideways rain and wind and these so called staff have been keeping the lobby locked and forcing customers to stand outside in the cold and communicate thru a night window DURING THE DAY. so instead of phoning my room and letting me know i needed to fill out more paper or something (it still wasn’t made clear to me what exactly i was supposed to do) these lovely staff people kicked me out. they sent a homely little man to WATCH ME pack my things while he stood in the doorway of the room (that i’d PAID FOR) with the door wide open with the wind and rain coming in acting like i was some sort of criminal. the beautiful staff of this gorgeous establishment then lied to me about when the manager would be on duty and refused to give me a means of contacting said manager, actually repeatedly shouting WE WILL NOT GIVE U THE MANAGERS HOME PHONE NUMBER, which i wasn’t asking them to do in the first place. later after getting in touch with expedia, this paradise of an inn then refused the request for a full refund. so after treating me like a criminal and a dog and kicking me out of a room id paid for, these god blessed children of christ also thought they were ENTITLED TO MY MONEY. jesus take the wheel. dont ever stay here.

Omg smells bad no recommend

The first room had an awful smell. The second room my niece encountered BedBugs. They are suppose to give a refund. The fan didn’t work one of the lamps was missing a light bulb.

Love how peaceful it is and a very safe place. Don’t have to worry about anything. Very relaxing.

The front staff are very helpful and even have a bowel of assorted candies to welcome you in! Good start!!!!!

Dorthy I booked nonsmoking and room smells like astray. Filthy and door key did not work. I will never stay at motel 6 I could not sleep because I felt unsafe. There were strange guys wondering around parking. I am glad I could get out safely next day!

The check in was great, however the room was horrible. Dirty floor, smelled like cigarettes and there was ashes and fake finger nails behind the night stand, dirty wall behind the bathroom door, light above vanity didn't work, housekeeping never serviced our room the whole time we were there. Had to track them down for fresh towels and take our own garbage out. Website is inaccurate, there is no pool or hot tub available, and no on site laundry. They had questionable people staying there and they were starting their cars and running in and out of their rooms at all hours of the night. I paid close to $300 dollars and I won't ever stay there again. Nobody was ride by any means, but the cleanliness of the room was horrible, the foot traffic all hours of the night was terrible and the fact that I asked for these things to be fixed and was ignored is troubling. When a guest checks in it should be clean at the least, the house keeping not coming i could live with. But the room was terrible and I wish looking back I would have just gone and asked for my money back when nobody addressed my concerns about my room right away.

Booked a 2 day stay and was given a room with the door that had been kicked in and wouldn’t close went back for a different room and was forced to take a no cleaned room smoking room. Asked to speak to a manager or get their name and number but was told their boss was only there Monday from 10am till 2pm Iwith a promise of a discount but didn’t get it. I was appalled at what happened and will never use this place again. Just unbelievable the conditions of what was a good company

I did not like how dirty the rooms were at all

It was okay,A lot of stuff was falling apart in my room.Only had a tiny blanket. The door lock was broke looks like the door got kicked in at some point

The check in was quick and efficient. Molly was Fantastic!!!!! It was truly a great experience. Clean run, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. 10/10

Staff is helpful, i dont like that i have to pay more for a refrigerator and a microwave. Whenever i get a room here i always have to do my own cleaning.

The first room was assigned to me, was dirty, trash everywhere and the bed wasn’t cleaned at all. They assigned me the second room, it smells cigarettes and the bedsheets was stained and it’s not cleaned.

Chris checked me in. He was super helpful and friendly!

So no toilet paper in my room, front desk said theyd bring some but never did. Someone elses belongings left in my room.
