Bed was not very comfortable and you could hear traffic noise. People make a lot of noise when they are up and about at the wee hours of the morning.

The room and service are not bad, what I didn't like was that there are other guests who make a lot of noise and the hotel staff doesn't do anything, I also didn't like it when they let people with RVs turn on generators making a lot of noise all night and leave sleep well

The lady at check in was great as well as cleaning staff; the issue was we had a non- smoking room. The person above or beside us smoked constantly and it came through our vents causing our room to smell of cigarette smoke day and night. The road noise was quite loud and the person above us stomped all night long; probably smoking. This was if no fault of the staff but it made the stay less than adequate.

The room smelled like dog pee that wasn’t cleaned up right, there was also two dirty rags on the bed. the shower head was so small. only gave two pillows

Room was clean, bed was ok, but we could hear the guests on all sides and above. The bathroom door stuck, and overall it was very old. But the front desk person was very friendly and helpful.

Aside from the floors bulging, the shower spout was extremely loose and the sinks flow was not regulated so it shot everywhere.

Non smoking room was reeking of cigarette smoke. Clean towels smelled like ashtrays. Burns in the tub. Floor was not moped. Beds are not turned, divots that you can't roll out of on them. All bedding smelled like smoke.

The Hotel Clerk was precious and helpful. The room was SO dirty, hair everywhere, not cleaned. I was so tired or I would have complained, it was the best rate in town.

The condition of our room could use some upgrading, the flooring popped with each step. Either it wasn’t installed correctly or had water damage. Very noisy at night. It was like everyone slept during the day and stayed up all night. People above us sounded as if they were dragging furniture all night and banging so a restful sleep was not had. But I must say the staff was very friendly and tried their best to keep everything clean and trash picked up outside. It’s a shame that people staying couldn’t put their trash can instead of throwing on the ground. You literally could find a trash can every few feet from your room.

Interior door was filthy, there were burn marks on bed spread, there was no shampoo or lotion in the room and when we asked for extra towels since we stayed two nights they didn’t have any.

It appears to have been updated, but it was shoddy work. They painted around the headboard and left some of the old paint showing. The stick-on floor was no longer sticky. One thing I loved was the TV area which had a easy access HDMI port as well as USB charging area.

We needed a place to stay the was relatively close to Carlsbad Caverns. This place was right on the outskirts of town closest to the caverns. You truly get what you pay for and it is a great place to stay at night. The staff was sweet and helpful in acquiring our needs. If we were to come back, we would probably stay again.

I thought I had reserved a non-smoking room, but that's not what we got - room smelled of smoke and there were burn marks on top the fridge. I liked the room location, so we didn't ask to change. The room was small, but the beds were comfy. The check in staff was very pleasant.

When we entered the lobby to check in, there was a poor woman in line in front of us who said her room smelled like vomit. The girl working was clearly clueless about what to do and was on the phone for about 15 minutes. The only solution she had was to spray their room to “mask the odor”. I would absolutely want my room re-cleaned and disinfected if someone had vomited all over, not just spray some air freshener. Once we finally got to our room, our non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke and I am an asthmatic. The toilet didn’t flush and the side of the tub had some nasty, mystery substance all over it. However, I knew speaking to the girl in the lobby would do no good because she was all alone with no idea how to actually help anyone. All the rooms in town were booked for a softball tournament, so going elsewhere was not an option.

Checked in and got room key and went and got dinner. Came back to move luggage into room and (non-smoking) room smelled like wet dog butt and mildew (best I can descibe it). Floor had footprints everywhere so dou t it was mopped (or may e with a rotten swab/mop?). Smell was so bad wife and kid immediately covered their noses and after a few started getting a headache Because had been checked in, less than 2hours mind you, could not get refund (also had Travelocity call front desk). And 6 didn't have another room to offer so ended up having to book another hotel and pay double. What I get for going cheap and trying to save some $ with Motel Sucks/6. Never again. Spend the extra 30-40 elsewhere and get a decent room!

I did not like it. Rundown pictures on the website did not display the actual room I received there was one room that was really smelly, but the two air conditioning units that I walked into are very noisy and outdated.

There were hair clippings on the bathroom sink, bathtub, and toilet. There was food leftover in the microwave. There were also stains on the wall and sheets.
