The hotel is not new, but most of the time it feels like it is. The location is an absolute convenience! Either for public transportation or to get a taxi / Uber. The breakfast is so good that impressed me (trust me, I’m Brazilian myself who immigrated to Europe and I care a lot about the breakfast quality, including how fresh and with good options - avoiding ultra processed food).
One suggestion would be to have more people helping guests at the front desk. The service provided by them is great, but to provide a great guest experience, time and attention to detail is a must! And the team clearly would appreciate more colleagues to help maintaining the service level, without the increase of waiting time for each guest that would need support or assistance.

Generally very good. I was told that my receipt would be sent to my email address. I have not received it after 3 days. I sent the hotel a request again.
