Ideally located close to Bourbon Street and Jackson Park and Cathedral
Parking available at $40 plus tax per night

The room has charm to it. My concerns it was not clean. No one wants to shower in water that doesn’t drain. The floors wasn’t clean, dirt everywhere as if no one sweeps in a while. A entire fingerprint was on the cabinet door. The toilet run constantly, had to constantly adjust the handle to make it stop.
The location is great, front desk personnel were always pleasant.

The hotel is in a perfect location for someone that wants the convenience of being close to the French quarter without having to deal with the hassle/noise of being in the middle of the quarter. It was a simple but very comfortable hotel, literally right next to Sazerac house and a ruby slipper cafe. Simply cross canal street and you’re where all the action is in New Orleans. Everything I wanted to see was within a reasonable walking distance (for me). My original flight in was delayed several hours and didn’t make it in until 4am but the staff was super friendly and made sure to annotate my reservation when I called about it to make sure it wouldn’t get cancelled. My only minor complaint was that two of the lights in the bathroom went out on my last night there but since I was checking out the next morning it wasn’t a problem.
4.0
Convenient location and more economical than the conference hotel for meeting I attended. Air conditioning was loud when cycling on. Service great, especially when maintenance had to remove a lizard that found our bathtub (on the 8th floor, nonetheless!). Good locale near French Quarter, restaurants, casino, and other attractions. Room and bed comfortable and clean.

Room was nice. Hotel was clean. Bathroom was clean but dated. Bed was hard. Service was good.

the early morning breakfasts.

From check in to check out staff, room, location and even breakfast was great! Will be my go to place from now on when I make a trip to NOLA!

Super spacious rooms. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast area is a bit small but ok. Staff is amazing!

Nice, genuinely good people, modern hotel. Everything looked clean, but white socks turned dirty reflecting the floor cleanliness which is not unusual for many “nice” hotels. Sadly had to park 4 blocks away. Free breakfast was good, but the eggs were pretty bad.
The location was great.
Would probably stay again if we fly in and do the Uber thing, but not if we drive in.

Not so pleasant. The first night we didn’t have cold air. Nothing was offered for compensation. The parking is $40 bucks and it’s not secure. The guard was sitting in her car and had no idea I was there for her to assign our parking places. Very unprofessional.

Friendly staff at front desk. Very helpful on directions

The hotel was a good stay. Did the job for us to lay our head down comfortably after touring the city for a couple days. Bed was made every day and clean. Towels were plentiful and clean. Plumbing and water pressure was fine. This is a bit out dated hotel but again we really stayed in the room to sleep, shower and quick nap before our next adventure. Service was great when it came to check in and check out and answering our tourist questions. We did not really use the breakfast option but was fine when you only used it once. Had your eggs sausage, fruit, cereal, bread &bagels to toast.
Location I absolutely loved! Everything was less than a 30 min walk and the street cars are right around the corner so we conquered a lot without the stress of traveling from place to place.

The room was very nice and I liked the look of the exposed brick. Breakfast however was really bad and should either not be offered or look into what is being offered and actually make it edible. Overall though the place was really clean and I enjoyed my room.

Had a great time at Mardi Gras. Ray and Jeff are super friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Same to the guy stocking up breakfast with dark curly hair. The staff was amazing. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush and the bathroom fan didn’t work. The location of the hotel was great, super close to the parades and Burboun St/French Quarter. Vibes were immaculate. I would recommend this place to people staying in the area.

This hotel was on the parade route took my husband and I about 5 hours to get to the hotel every street to the hotel was blocked off the staff was very helpful trying to get us there we had to leave our car several blocks away pn the raod and walk to our hotel, hotel had no parking
Also it took a long time for our water in our room to get hot

It was a nice location to Bourban street.

Cody and Kiesha( not sure that was her name - her daughter works there but it’s another property.) were both super nice. Door man on Sunday was quick to catch the door and always smiling. Manager introduced himself and was very engaging. The cost was reasonable. Rooms were well apportioned, even a small fridge for eventual left overs. Sooooo close to the French Quarter and Ceasar’s casino. Parking one block away. Highly recommend.

My room had a cockroach in it. Hotel staff refused to refund me any money for it.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

I didn't like the fact that although I didn't choose a room with no window, in essence that's still what I got, since the view out my window was a brick wall.
6.0
The people at the desk were courteous; however, their answer to every question is" I am not sure". There were some loud noise at night. When I brought it to the staff's attention, the answer was the same " I am not sure where the noise comes from". They weren't able to provide any information regarding tours, or restaurants. They need to be informed about what is available around the area so they can properly guide their guests.

Property was in good location a few blocks from Bourbon street. Staff was very helpful and provided good restaurants in the area to go to during our stay. We walked ot Bourbon St. but did not feel very safe as we were approached by many strangers offering voodoo cards and asking for handouts. New Orleans is a great city but they need to clean up the streets or the city will loose its charm.

Pro's; The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean & updated. The breakfast was convenient.
Con's; The area is sketchy because it is across the street from the french quarter and has a 24 hour liquor store next door. Alot of homeless can be found hanging around the area but that seems to be everywhere in the city.
Unfortunately, New Orleans has severely declined like so many other American cities.

Location is excellent..Short walk to French Quarters. Included breakfast is the worst of all BW Plus we have stayed before..Limited and repetitious selection everyday. Most days food (potatoes, sausage and eggs) is cold.

Came late for breakfast, staff kept it open for myself and my nephew! Staff was super friendly and polite. 3rd time staying here in New Orleans.

I enjoyed my stay.
However one evening a person suddenly opened the door to my room. That felt very uncomfortable.
It might have just been the cleaning, but since I already got cleaning prior to this I am not sure who it was.

The location of the hotel was perfect. in between the WW2 Museum, Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. The staff were super friendly and helpful, by giving directions and even called for a taxi to transport us back to the airport. Thank you!

I loved the location to all of the fun literally 5-8 minutes away from bourbon street. It’s a little out dated and no microwave in the rooms but it was a nice space for the price. Would def stay again.

The room was very comfortable. Housekeeping missed coming 3 days in a row. The continental breakfast was hit and miss. Breakfast lady was not I early ambitious and unfriendly. When we asked for something it was like we out her out of her way. Not good customer service there for sure. We have to compliment Jeffrey. He was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Always greeted us with a smile and a wave. We enjoyed the location of the hotel just off canal street and within walking distance to great restaurants and sites to see. Neighborhood was safe but we walked in a group always.

Great checking service
6.0
Besides strangers opening our room door with a key card, our stay was good.
Makes me wonder if they just give out universal keys to all the rooms or if it was staff being stupid. Made us nervous to leave our belongs there when we were gone. Stay was okay, other than that.
4.0
Convenient and staff were polite and helpful. Room was cold and wouldn't warm up, wifi wouldnt connect and staff couldn't help, water in bath was impossible to turn on.
