What the unit was clean a little warm but I think that's part of the look of it. No issues with the AC. Water took a little bit to get hot. Once it was hot it stayed hot. Kitchen had everything you needed including coffee. My only complaints would be the original paperworks at checkout was at 11:00 and later info was switched to 10. Also while checking in was the first time they mentioned that it was on a busy street so it was noisy at night time. All the sounds of a city 24 hours a day.

I was apprehensive after reading the mixed reviews, but our room was AMAZING. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We rented a room on the roof and had access to chairs and tables overlooking the city. The location was GREAT. The appliances and kitchen made our stay just perfect. We will definitely stay here again.
