Hotel is pretty with nice decor. Staff were professional and helpful. It seems to target more older travelers than families. Hotel food was limited to Western food, which was very disappointing. We ended up skipping the breakfast and had Bo Ne nearby. The area really catered to tourists and there were obvious price differences from locals and tourists.

Beautiful place, so well taken care of. While the room is smaller, they make up for it with all the amenities they provide.
The ‘fitness’ centre only has a treadmill, bike, and small universal piece of equipment. So if you like to do any weight training, forget it.
Breakfast was great, never any crowds as it’s a small hotel, so no bus tour crowds.
We had problems with our fridge and hair dryer and fixed both problems immediately.
In the evening the pool area is beautifully lit up, with plenty of tables to sit, play a game of cards and enjoy a drink.
The beach is a $3-4 grab ride away and the hotel has privileges with a restaurant on the beach that will provide free towels, umbrella and chairs. They have very clean washrooms and showers available and the food was very good.

This is an excellent service oriented hotel for Hoi An. Although, this is a short walk (15-20 minutes / 1.5 km) from the center of old town; the An Hoi bridge, its location is not bad. On the main motorable road through the town, from where you can easily get a Grab Taxi, or better order an electric cart through reception. Besides location, and an excellent pool view and spacious room, our main draw was a most enthusiastic guest relation hostess, Ms Thuan. I have seldom come across such a helpful & positive person across the hotel counter. Right before our trip started, through whatsapp, she made it easy to book airport transfer, and Danang hotel to Hoi An transfer, covering Ba Na Hills in the same day, which is not so easy task to plan for an overseas visitor. All of our party of 9 people were vegetarian. Hearing this, she arranged a memorable breakfast full of veggie options, and kudos to the kitchen, it was prepared very well. She guided us to best places in the town, shops & restaurants, also recommended & booked the tickets for the 2 stage shows, and the coco-boat tour, all of which are must-dos. We ran into some issue in the local market, she had no problems guiding us, speaking to local people, and helping arrange transport back to the hotel. She is the poster-girl of what is good about Vietnam. Polite people, and super focussed on getting people to have a good time. Definitely, the place to stay for next time. Couldn't complete village tour this time!

The hotel is nice and well kept. The staff is the best part. Thuan is so nice and helpful and always smiling. Location is convenient to the shopping areas. The breakfast is good.

Welcoming staff and good location make this hotel a perfect stay in Hoi An. It’s walkable as long as you mind the motos and bikes passing by. The beach is 15-20 minutes by taxi around $8 RT. Don’t forget to have s massage at the hotel spa it’s awesome. I want to thank everyone who made our stay memorable especially Thuan, My and the spa manager.

We came back after a rainy cold day and just wanted to take a warm shower. Unfortunately it did not work and I had to shower in another room because it took some hours to repair it according to the maintenance person.
I complained about it but nothing happened. Inbetween it was also implied that I lied about it not working within minutes.
At the end the took responsibility and offered us our laundry for free. Not really anything that makes up for a not properly functioning room or the way I was treated. Bad hospitality.
Besides that you hear frogs and the rooster starting at 4am. You will also hear the neighbours using light switches and many other things in the evening/night clearly.

Great stay at perfect position, only 10 min walk to old town. You can use free bike to cycle to beach 20min trough rice fields, great experience. Breakfast is very good and variety is great. Small pool but very good. Also I did use massage in hotel. Highly recommend !

The hotel was great. We had a balcony which was nice. Breakfast was ok, you won’t starve. Not a lot of variety but made to order eggs. Bikes are free and we used them twice which is a bonus. Biked to the beach and the countryside. Staff were very helpful. Large room. It was raining so didn’t use the pool. Bed was comfy.

I booked the coty view room but they changed it to pool view. But at the end, it was better. Otherwise I wouldn't handle the traffic noise. Very thoughtful.
Breakfast was also nice and staffs were all friendly. A bit of distance from the Old town but walking distance. Appx 10 min.

check-in was very smooth. not even needed to show my reservation ticket or something like that, because we got a pick up service from danang to hadana. One thing most we loved was they didn't make us to wait. Why I am talking about this is you know after you landed, definitely you wanna take some rest right? and nice location too. you can just go some restaurants near resort if you don't wanna walk a lot. and some korean say It's super hard to take a grab taxi, but it was not ture at all for me. in 5 mins top You can take a grab taxi.

This was a great place for our young family. It was close enough to old town that our preschooler could walk there, but also far out enough that night traffic wasn't an issue. Buffet breakfast and pool area was also a highlight. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Hadana Boutique is an elegant and charming hotel located in the heart of Hoi An. Built around a central swimming pool. It is an absolutely beautiful setting. The rooms had all amenities and mine included a separate sitting area. What really makes this hotel stand out for me, however was the staff. They were always willing to help out with your needs whether it was arranging transportation by car or train, making recommendations about local activities or meeting any other needs of the customer. I really have to make special note about a couple of the staff who were just amazing. Dzung at the front desk was a delight and looked after several of my transportation needs. Thank you Dzung! Just a tremendous help. Dzung would be an asset to any hotel!! I also had the opportunity to use the spa twice during my stay. I had the best hot stone massages I have ever had in my life! Thank you Thieu! Don’t miss the opportunity to use the spa!! All in all, I highly recommend the Hadana Boutique Hotel!!

We had the most amazing stay at Hadana Boutique Resort and will definitely come back here when we return to Hoi An. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hoi An. Thuan was extremely kind, helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was really nice, the best we have had in Vietnam. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was a great amenity as well. A big bonus is they have free bikes that you could ride into town and it took us only 5 minutes to get to the old town.

Amazing stay at a conveniently located play in thr old quarters. The staff were incredibly helpful, fr recommending places to visit, acitivites to do etc etc. A great feature is that you get to use their bikes for free. Highly recommended stay.

A fantastic hotel with the best customer service I have experienced.
I want to say a huge thank you to Thuan who was our guest experience manager. She made everything perfect from booking a surprise party for my partner to ensuring we knew about all the activities in Hoi An, even those the hotel wasn't involved in.
The hotel was very clean, had an amazing pool, and delicious breakfast and was only a short 15-minute walk to the market where everything happens.
I am not the type of person to stay in the same place twice but the amazing customer service from Thuan and Mei would make me come back for a part 2!

The staff, particularly Thuan who helped us rearrange a delay over WhatsApp, were very helpful. It was about a 10 - 15 minute easy walk to the old town. Hotel had excellent facilities. Would recommend staying here if you are looking at visiting the lovely town of Hoi An.

An easy review to write. Outstanding!!!! Everything was perfect! The staff are all full of smiles, friendly and nothing is too much trouble - which is rare as there’s often someone that’ll dampen a stay. The food was delicious and a good selection at breakfast. The spa treatments were wonderful as well as the ladies in there. A short walk in the main area. There’s also a pharmacy close by too. Would we recommend? Absolutely!!

A wonderful place to unwind and relax. The spa has great massages. The food is quality in the hotel and nearby cafes & market areas. For shopping you have it all so close. The best part is the rooms - super clean and tidy. Then the pool area, absolutely superb on 40 degree days with a happy hour cocktail or 2.

One of the first to visit after recent renovations I was one of very few people staying there. The staff were fantastic, really pleasant, polite & wonderfully helpful. Enjoyed the spa massage. A very pleasant stay with the friendly staff. Breakfast was great every morning. Lien, Sen, Sam, Ngoc, Huy and everyone here were always helpful and professional. They received our recommendation with sincerity. Lien, the general manager, was attentive to details of her duty, and she even bought us bánh mì as a gift. Thanks everyone. We miss you already.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options are tasty and plentiful. Only bad point was the shower, which didn’t drain well and flooded the bathroom floor when you used it - use the shower in the bath instead.

A beautiful hotel with some dated design flaws.
The room was spacious and had pretty accents. The courtyard had a gorgeous pool and a reasonable amount of seating around it. The breakfast offerings were pretty good, though the layout made it difficult to move around without getting in the way of other guests.
I stayed in a twin room with my travel companion and we were both dismayed to see that the shower stall was not enclosed. Instead we had to climb into a tub with high sides and a low shower head and shower that way, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary considering they could just enclose the shower to solve the problem.
As a frequent traveler to Hoi An, I will say that the shower issue will keep me from staying in the hotel again.

The staff are great especially Duay and Nga ( my spelling of there names maybe wrong)in the restaurant/bar.
They remembered our names and had a smile every time.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Hotel was in a good area about 10 minute walk to the Old Town. The room was large but washroom definitely needed an upgrade, overall was ok and clean. Breakfast buffet was included with booking but not great. Good value hotel.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights here. The rooms we were given were noisy as they overlooked the main road and were directly above the hotel driveway. Since this was a Expedia VIP-access hotel, I requested an upgrade for the rooms but was only allowed to upgrade 1 of the 3 rooms as the hotel claimed the other rooms were fully booked (a quick check on Expedia showed that all room types were available for the period of our stay).
Regardless, all 3 rooms (including the upgraded room) were dirty, we found cockroaches and spiders in all of them. There were also cobwebs, dirt and mould at the corners of the toilet, in the cupboards and the bed. The bathtubs and sinks also did not drain properly and leaked, leaving the toilet floor very wet.
When we confronted the front desk the next morning about these issues and contacted Expedia for assistance, the hotel only offered to upgrade our remaining 2 rooms (despite telling us there were no rooms available for us the previous day). They did not allow us to change our upgraded room even though it also had issues with cleanliness. As these issues are probably present throughout the hotel, we refused and asked to check out with a refund for our remaining 2 nights. Only then did the manager talk to us directly to convince us to stay, but requested for photos of the cockroaches that we claimed we found, saying that she had never had this complaint before and it was unbelievable that all 3 of our rooms had this issue. Would not recommend.
