I’ve been staying here off and on for 2 years spends $1000,00s I could not get there for my latest booking due to bad weather I come by boat all boats where not available I had no WiFi or phone connections there was nothing I could do once I got to the mainland I called Hotels.com explained everything they the had to contact the hotel who absolutely refused to refund us. Even though they were aware of the weather as the Port was flooded I find this very poor and greedy the customer service does not exist the manager was not interested they said I was a no show even though they were completely aware of my situation. No other hotel has ever done this very very POOR DONT BOOK HERE especially during the wet season

We stayed at the Terrace Apartments for 9 days and it was fantastic. We were in a two level, three bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable and had lots of room. It had a fully equipped kitchen which was great with kids and had multiple bathrooms and spaces which allowed us adults to have our own space. Bedrooms were great and were all air conditioned. The location was a short walk away from Denaru Port which made going on day trips a breeze and you have all of the restaurant and shop option conveniences. Staff were all very friendly and assisted with everything which made the stay very easy.

Large, clean and well appointed apartment for my family of 5. So close to the marina which have so many dining options and shops. After being in the area, much prefer walking distance to the marina then being in the other bigger resorts. Also the receptionist was so lovely and helpful and may our stay even more enjoyable. Look forward to staying again when we return to Fiji

Highly recommend as place to stay as a family. Significantly cheaper than the resorts with plenty of family space. Has a nice salt-water pool. For the resort experience can always day-trip using the Bula Bus

The apartments come with kitchens a lovely lounge and bedroom and their proximity to the Marina are absolute selling points. They are a bit away from the Sheraton, Sofitel, Hilton, Wyndham resorts so you need the Bulla Bus to connect to these but for a lower priced facility, this has everything you need and, in reality, the cruises all depart from the marina across the road where there are a good array of dining options at reasonable costs.

Lovely and peaceful, located close to the Port Denerau Marina which is super convenient for dining. The room was really spacious, pool was quiet and facilities are all lovely clean and tidy. The in room soaps / shampoos were not replaced daily so pack your own. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The two-bedroom apartment was great, but would have been better with a key for glass sliding doors to enter and exit to/from pool area. Nextdoor Cafe O good for breakfast. Sails restaurant an excellent dinner choice. Only stay here before/after a cruise from the marina, as there is nothing else to do here really and it’s not a full-service resort.

Great location if heading out to the islands - only a three minute walk across the car park to the Ferry terminal. They are happy to keep your luggage after you have checked out as the Ferry doesn't let you check in until an hour or two prior to you boarding. Heaps of people walking around Denerau shopping area with their luggage, so this is a bonus. Lovely pool and garden area.

Best value in Denarau area. Not flashy or posh, but great amenities and great for a family that needs 3 bedrooms. Closest resort to the great restaurants at Port Denarau Island. You can cook and do laundry in unit.

This is the second time we have stayed there. All the safe are so welcoming and friendly. We had the 1 Bedroom Apartment, was quite large with separate bedroom, nice bathroom, kitchen, washer, dryer and a veranda that looked onto the garden. Pool area is quite large with a bar and food. The pool area was never over crowded.Denarau Port is a short walk to shops, supermarket, lots of dinning options, great value for money. It’s a great place to stay.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Terraces. The location is just steps away from shopping, entertainment and activities at the Port, and provides a convenient home base for the many attractions around Nadi and the Coral Coast. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. Pool and surrounding grounds always kept in top condition, and the rooms provide plenty of space to relax in comfort.

Very handy and comfortable accommodation right at Port Denerau and $40 cab ride from Nadi International Airport. Liked that they have a bed replacement plan currently in progress and were happy to assist us with luggage storage during Islands adventuring. Close to other motels and thus access to their restaurants. Nice salt pool. Very happy with our stay.

Peaceful, beautiful garden and golf course view. Spacious and comfortable apartments. Good air conditioning. Well stocked kichen equipment. The floor of the apartment was dusty but thaf was the ONLY negative thing i can find. Very helpful reception.
