The complimentary breakfast was delicious. It was more of a traditional Japanese style breakfast. The room especially the bathroom is different from a typical western hotel .

Breakfast had a decent selection, even for us being gluten free. Labelling could be an improvement. The room was fine-- Tokyo rooms are small, but this wasn't too bad. Our only complaint we had was a faint sewer smell at times in our room. We never got around to reporting that, so not sure what that was. It was nice to have the cafe area to hang out in and a place to store luggage. Location was excellent, right next door to the train station, but quiet. Beautiful park and interesting museum nearby.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Hotel is located at a quiet neighbourhood. It's clean, cool and residential. Loved it. A few restaurant and grocery shops within a block. It's very convenient. You have 2 metro lines to connect you to the rest of Tokyo or walk over a bridge to the main tourist area.
Staff are very helpful and professional. Restaurant staff are always cleaning and helping guests or refilling food. Breakfast is simple with a few choices but enough.
Front desk staff is good to communicate with English. You can store luggage before checkin or after checkout. I will definitely use this hotel again.
