Location is good and in between 2 subway lines + JR line, nearby 24hr supermarket for late night necessities and nearby food options are alright
Space is a bit too tight in some areas and beds are too soft

We are a family from Bangladesh, and we had a wonderful stay at LY INN Ryogoku Annex. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, with easy access to train stations, convenience stores, and restaurants. The host was kind and responsive. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay.
Honestly, nothing. Everything was excellent. We had a very pleasant experience, and there was nothing to complain about.

Location is quite close to the nearest Tokyo Metro Station (Ryogoku) and to the Edo Tokyo museum which we can also recommend to spend a few hours in.
We reached all spots we wanted to visit within 60 minutes from leaving the door which I'd say is quite okay for a city such as Tokyo.
We've head a pleasant experience with staff during a mix-up with the unit we were assigned to. We were able to stay in the "wrong" unit thereafter.
The bathroom hat a bit of a moldy smell during the whole stay. Even though we had the ventilation running 24/7 during our stay it didn't go away.
Check-In experience is rather complex and time-consuming via a third-party website. Furthermore it was a bit unclear which floor our unit was located on which lead us to took a wrong guess.
The furniture is quite worn down and could definitely use an upgrade.

Location is close to really nice restaurants and metro.
One couch is old and broken, you can feel the springs inside, the other is badly stained. They are both very uncomfortable. Extra blankets are stained as well, pans are old and not very clean (due to age).
