Good location, comfortable bed and good amenities. Lawson on the second floor and a place to eat next to it

Convenient stay on a budget.
Deep bath tubs.
Good access to pool and restaurant facilities.
Good location for Sumo wrestling and Akihabara.
At all times of day there is a queue for the lift to get to your room/down to the lobby.
Staff weren’t the friendliest.
Not the best location for hopping around Tokyo.

How clean and beautiful everything was.

The room had the essential items we needed, like a kettle and a mini fridge.
There was an exuberant cost to using the pool which is not included in your stay. This was very disappointing.
