The staff and the room itself was very good, lobby area was good too, bed was comfortable. Only negative was the Carpet on the 3rd floor where our room was located... it was dirty and needed a deep clean or be replaced.

The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time with scrambled eggs, gravy, biscuits, waffles, Cereal, milk, toast, bagels, yogurt, etc.
My negative was with the check,-in & check-out staff. It was the same male who took over 25 minutes to check me in. Then at check out at 10am he left a note saying be back in 15. He was not back in 15 & the other staff was trying to find him. When I called the hotel number, he appeared & removed headphones. At that point, There was a line of people waiting to check out. He had no name tag on. so I do not know his name. He needs better training or another job. Also a name tag should be required for the front desk clerks.
