We found the hotel nice and quiet. It was a relaxing stay and the breakfast was a nice bonus. Our room had a few issues, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a cracked sink in the bathroom, a cleaning cloth left behind by the cleaner, and the cable on worked on 3 channels.

no hot water on second day and my reservation was cancelled when we got there due to credit card didn't go thru. We got charged alot more due to the issue. That wasn't fair.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, grounds were well kept and very clean. This hotel is very pet friendly as well as my dog enjoyed his stay as well. The free breakfast was better then most other hotels around with fresh fruit, juices and a mix of different cereals for the kids. All in all a great place to stay close to everything and a very clean hotel.

The Hampton is a great place to stay in Laval. It really provides a great value for your dollar. Gotta say that the highlight of this hotel is the front desk staff. They were so quick to help with any questions that I had and also kind in doing so. Paolo specifically was a huge help during my stay and I appreciate his assistance and professionalism. Definitely would stay here again if I return to Laval.

Comfortable and does the job very well. Excellent breakfast spread and friendly staff. Perfect for a quick layover - also the pool is a big bonus. The pet supplement is a little steep but they it is a comfortable place for the furry friends as well.

The reception was not friendly, the room have less basic supplies, anything you need, you have to come to the reception, they don’t have stuff you serve you. The swimming pool very cold , breakfast really basic, no choices

I just wanted to tell you that I've been to many hotels, but the food here is the best I've had. The food staff know what they're doing and need to be recognized. I actually extended my stay based on the food alone. The staff is all so friendly and helpful. I'm always greeted in the morning with a friendly smile and hello as well. I am really going to miss this hotel. I'd actually consider coming back to Laval just so I can stay at this location and eat the food again.. Thank you for the perfect stay! I'll be back!
