We stayed here for 4 nights. We had a late check in. I was greeted very warmly and, the gentleman explained where we would be best to park and get to our room and gave us complimentary water. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable, except for all the pillows. None of them had enough firmness and bh the morning it felt like i was sleeping without one. The breakfast crew were very attentive, making sure everything was always stocked, fresh, and even cleared plates from your table when finished. We sat one evening by the fire and had a drink. The bar tender gave us popcorn and chips to snack on. It is near shopping, gasoline stattion, and a few restaurants all withing walking distance, and is a very short drive to a huge movie theatre and shopping mall. We had a great experience and if given the opportunity I would stay here again over any of the chain hotels nearby!

Beautiful luxury style rooms and still cozy even for being a hotel. Respectful staff that spoke fluent English, for being in a French area. Close to the highway, near lots of restaurants and such. Will be booking again for next trip.

Hôtel as a whole is very good, cleanliness and service are excellent. The breakfast was good and lots of choices and area very clean. Only a few minor complaints, but nothing serious. Some tiless in the bathroom are cracked and the water is seeping out of the shower through the door, rendering the floor very slippery, a shower mate addresses that. The parking lots at the rear is not well cleared and has icy spots, which could cause a slip and fall. A good snow clearing in those area is necessary. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Very comfortable beds & pillows! Quiet rooms. Very delicious, homemade complete breakfast buffet! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

The staff and services are great. A lot of choice in the breakfast and we appreciated this very much. The rooms and furniture are a bit outdated but it was a good stay. Would recommend.

Very happy with the service and the room. Only tiny note is that the room was very very hot when we entered. Heater is easy to use and we were able to fix the temperature quickly.

Breakfast was tough. No place to sit and very disorganized. Went back with my wife and kids to eat in our room and the key card would not work. Went to get it fixed to no resolve. They sent maintenance up and they also could not get in. Ended up with my family in the hallway for 15-20 min breakfast in hand waiting to get into our room. Than eating breakfast while maintenance fixed the door. The deals staff could care less. We also upon arrival requested pillows and were told there are plenty in the room. Overall nice hotel with a staff that could care less about their guest.

Location is good. We stayed here multiple times every year when we visit our family in Laval. Unfortunately, this year we had some bad experience with the hotel and we think we will not return. 1st reason: we booked for superior room, but when checking in, they kept saying we booked for Classic room. Luckily, my wife had a hard-copy printed out to show the room. They then excused and saying system is malfunction and finally gave the room that we booked. Without the printed out hard copy, we dont think we will get the room that we booked. 2nd reason: Wi-Fi is very bad, sometimes works and sometimes does not. When it works, the speed is very slow, even worst then my phone roaming with Bell Canada using 3G. What is the lousy wireless network at this hotel. I am traveling and working with colleagues around the world via MS teams, this time my work schedule had a huge impact due to bad Wi-Fi in this hotel. We definitely look somewhere else to stay

We had a great stay, the room was large and comfortable as was the bed. We were offered a free upgraded room upon checkin, so that was a nice surprise! Nice bathroom, good AC and very large tv. It was great to have a sofa and armchair since our stay was 2 weeks long. The breakfast was yummy with loads of options and we liked being able to eat on the outdoor patio. The gym was on the small side, but had everything I needed, just a huge amount of floor space if you want to stretch or do yoga. But it did have free weights and a variety of aerobic machines. Lovely property, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, especially housekeeping. They were always there to offer daily cleaning, clean towels, garbage removal, etc. It’s the most convenient location in Laval, close to all restaurants and shopping. We had a rental car, so ease of parking was a plus. We would definitely stay here again :)
