Very nice. Know the « pet-friendly » feature when you book.

Well located, clean, many accommodations (breakfast, indoor pool), near grocery store, pharmacy and fast-food restaurants, within 10 minutes’ drive from major shopping center (Carrefour Laval). Staff is courteous, attentive and helpful.

The hotel accepts pets, which we didn’t know when booking. It turns out the guests next to our room kept 2 dogs barking every time they heard noise (and dogs are perceptive!). We love dogs and did not spend the days in the room, but we did want quiet, relaxing time in the evening and sleeptime. (Fortunately, the staff has been very helpful and did their best to relocate us to another aisle).

Flight home canceled, expected to stay a night turned into 3 nights, beds always comfortable at Hampton Inns and they didn’t let us down here.

very comfortable and I had a good sleep.

The bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked really well. There was a spot for the dog to go to the bathroom and it had bags provided. My dog liked the cookies.

the price was more than expected. I thought I paid for all of it up front through the app, but I received an additional fee upon leaving. Also the dog fee was quite high at 25 a day. I thought the pet fee would be a flat rate or a deposit that could be returned.

Pleasant stay, just a bit pricey for a regular hotel experience.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room service was prompt to come and clean up and left extra towels before we could ask. The hotel was closer to many grocery stores and restaurants.

It was a pleasant stay, nothing extraordinary honestly. It's just that we had much more cheaper options available at a more closer location from Montreal downtown that we didn't opt for thinking this hotel would a more 5/5 experience, being first time in Montreal, which was not the case unfortunately. Our bathroom had limited supply of toiletries like no soap in the shower and had to use the one for hand wash. The breakfast was okay, nothing too continental. Had limited options but we survived for sure. Also the hotel's ambience was very ordinary unlike its other hotels. Over all was a decent stay, could have been better on pricing.

The staff were very friendly. The room was nice.

Television remote not working well. Doors at breakfast area close at 10 sharp. Recommend letting the breakfast until 10:30-11 on weekends

Great stay

We booked this hotel for a second time in the last few years. The reason for This trip was because we had tickets to illumi so loved that it was so close to it. Also were very pleased tbat the pool closes at 11pm gave us plenty of time to enjoy it even after the illumi tour.

I messaged the hotel to get 2 rooms beside each other. The last time the rooms had a connecting door. This time i asked and thaught we were put the same way but were just put on the same floor.

It was a very comfortable stay and very family friendly. The breakfast was excellent variety.

The breakfast eating area was very tight - sometimes difficult to find a table.
