Most everything the hotel could control was done well (cleanliness, checkin, friendliness, etc.) I was not able to get in the front door at 2:30 p.m. to check in, however, as it was locked and I did not have a key (yet) to get in. Also, at 4 a.m. there was a guest who was apparently locked out of the building and relentlessly honked his horn and yelled in the parking lot for at least 30 minutes until someone let him in. There should be an employee on staff around the clock for such cases.

The neighborhood is a bit on the rougher side and a good 10 minute walk from the nicer part of town. That being said, it was well worth the walk! Very clean hotel with great customer service and a nice breakfast that comes with the room. We also enjoyed the fitness center and the hot tub.

This was my first stay, and I booked a 2 bdrm suite. It was for my niece sweet 16th birthday. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Would definitely book again.

I was greeted most enthusiastically by the gentleman at the front desk and that set the tone for our stay. Our suite was comfortable and the kitchenette fit our needs. Sound level was good both from the building and outside. I like the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower Breakfast was very satisfying with the selection of hot foods and dining room was kept clean with seating comfortably spaced. Location was great- lots of interesting bars within walking distance. Yum center was an easy 12 min walk. Covered parking is attached and easy to get in and out I would come back.

Great location away from busier areas of the city. Located next to cool dive bar and Mexican restaurant. Within walking distance/cheap Uber to several Lousivillle attractions/neighborhoods. Friends and I enjoyed the hot breakfast and hot tub/pool access. Hope to return soon!

Nice location, close to good restaurants and bars. Easy check in, helpful staff. Great room. Nice kitchen, comfortable bed and nice shower. Nice pool/jacuzzi. Easy parking, reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, happy trails.

Dave, the hotel manager, and Justin the night manager, were super helpful and nice. The room was amazing! We didn't feel cramped in the room and the kitchen amenities were just what we needed. If you plan to use the oven, bring foil with you!

From the time we walked in the lobby we was impressed and warmly welcomed by the front desk assistants. Easily checked in and all information given that we may need. Room was clean and beyond what we expected. Only complaint we really had during our stay was getting our room cool enough. No matter what we had our air set on it’d never drop below 70 which for us is a little warm and made it a little hard to get comfortable but that may also be due to how hot it was outside as well. Other than that amazing stay, amazing location as we were able to walk to or Lyft to anything we wanted to do over the weekend!! Def recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in downtown Louisville. We will be staying again.

The front desk was high energy and pleasant to interact with. The same of the breakfast area worker. The accommodations were comfortable (the bed, the space, climate control). However, the hot water--while it rapidly warmed up in the shower (almost instantly)--in the sinks (both kitchen and bath) took a very long time to run warm, let alone hot.

The room was clean, had a full kitchen, it was nice that it had an actual bedroom with a comfy bed and a sitting area with a sofabed. My daughter and I were able to stay in the same room and she didn't have to hear me snore! The staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

Everything was wonderful. Our only issue was the dead bolt on the door would stick out. It took a call and several tries to get the lock to disengage. This happened 3 times. It sounded like it was a common issue with the doors.

Our 2 night stay was very pleasant. Our room was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. All staff were very nice and helpful with any requests or questions we had. The breakfast was fresh and hot and they were very attentive and kept it well stocked. Pool was nice and warm and hot tub felt amazing after a long day of walking. Our kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook (minus the food obviously) right in our room! The evening staff made sure that the quite time hours were inforced so we were able to get plenty of rest without being disturbed. Will definitely be staying again next year on our annual trip to Kentucky Kingdom! Highly recommend!

Overall it was nice. I did not like the pool limit. The pool limit said 5 people and we were a party 4. That did not seem right and should have been listed because we stayed at the hotel because it had pool.

This hotel was very clean and smelled good ..the pool was awesome and so was the hot tub. I didn’t make it to breakfast because I slept so good in my bed. But the MOST IMPORTANT review I want to give is of the staffer named Nathan ☺️.. I was having issues with my debit card for some strange reason, while one of the staff members just kept telling me it declined and it was nothing he could do, Nathan went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I got my room. And being that I’m a local it really made me feel good to know that some people out here genuinely still care and are human and see others as human and not a color , race , or gender. 🙏❤️. So this review is to Nathan so that he knows he made me and my grandsons weekend with the kind act that he showed me.. I do believe has he not been there I would have not got my room that I had booked months in advance! THANK YOU NATHAN ❤️🙏

Unfortunately our room smelled like smoke, we asked for some air fresheners and we’re giving 2 small bottles that were pretty much empty. Bathroom door was rusted and just painted over the rust.
