The hotel had too many guests and not enough space. I had to queue for 30 minutes just to get into breakfast, then queue again to get food. It was a public holiday, so I expected it to be busy, but it should have been managed much better by the hotel.
No USB charging points in the room and no international adapter plug, which is usually available.
Disappointed, as I have had very good experiences in other Comfort Hotels around Japan.
