I stayed at this hotel recently to attend a wedding in Missoula and I was thoroughly impressed. The entire hotel has been recently remodeled and my room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and William in particular went out of his way to ensure my room was clean and ready for an early check in so I could gets changed at the hotel prior to needing to leave for the wedding at 3:00pm.
I so wish that Hilton Garden Inn properties included breakfast like so many Hilton properties do. But, this is the only downside I could find to staying here. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again when I’m next in Missoula.

Rooms and public areas were very clean and pleasant. Parking was atrocious but I believe the hotel was packed! The staff was hit or miss. Before we checked in they gave an individual NOT on the reservations details about MY reservation. That made me very uncomfortable. Breakfast seemed to be ran different than many hotels and the staff running breakfast were not nice at all. Beds were very uncomfortable for all 8 of us staying. Overall the place was nice but I would find other accommodations before booking here again.
