We've stayed here a couple of times over the last few years. It's the halfway point on a road trip we take to see family. Friendly staff, clean rooms & good breakfast. Always look forward to staying at this location.

Loved it!! I had to bring my dog down to the Veterinary Hospital. I got here very late and they were waiting for me. They gave me the presidents suite. The price was actually cheaper then what was told to me when I booked online.

Surrounding property is unkept. It sure could use a bit of sprucing up. We asked for a king size bed but got what feels like a full size. Breakfast selection is good.

The hotel is in an isolated area. It looks ok from the outside but the inside is outdated and kind of run down. The front desk lady was not real friendly and seemed to struggle. The room too was very outdated. When the room above us turned on their shower it was extremely loud. Sounded like they were in our bathroom!

We got here 30 min after check in time and they had one guy working with out any help. One of our rooms had no heat and no working elevator

The property is very dated, but maintained clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and professional. Of course we booked during a college football home game so the price was a good 2x what it should be.

Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. Room could have been cleaner. Mattress has seen better days and pillows were lumpy. Motel was not well soundproofed, so noise from hallways and sidewalks outside was intrusive.

The property was surrounded by overgrown weeds and I had to page the concierge twice before someone was able to show up. We got a room with a jacuzzi tub and it smelled bad and the carpet was ripped. We could not find a remote to the TV in our room. We were somewhat near the front desk so we heard a lot of noise all night.

Not a great Best Western. Exterior is old, inside is in need of any kind of remodel. No elevator. Front desk person at night Connie? Was amazing & helpful, front desk in the mornings was in charge of breakfast & manning the front desk for check outs. Breakfast started 15 min later than scheduled bc she was doing so much & I’d say 3/4 of what they offered on menu signs wasn’t put out. It’s a hotel meant for 1 night stays & for construction workers who reside there long-term for nearby jobs. Not near other hotels nor walkable to other services like gas stations, restaurants or food stores. It was passably clean & what I mean by that is barely. Not what I would consider a ‘Best’ Western by normal standards. Stay somewhere else in the Manhattan area if you are passing through or dropping someone off at college.

I usually stay at best western cause they have clean rooms and the prices are far. This time the room we stayed in was not cleaned well. I wasn't pleased with the hotel at all. Wont stay at the best western ever again.

First room i checked into the bathroom light wasn't working. However, staff got me into new room quickly where everything worked. Mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were a little thin. Loved the quite large bath towels. Breakfast was awesome, good selection. Quiet room. My only issue was the price - I think it was overpriced considering it was not a suite, just a regular room.

Checked in at about 8pm, got room promptly and without issue, next morning, breakfast had no proteins of any kind and was told "our frying pan is broken". they surved Hostess Twinkies and Ring dings at breakfast.??? next morning, it seems the overnight clerk, just decided to leave in the middle of the night and did not tell anybody. was told by another guest she was so stoned she could barely stay awake. When the owner was called to be alerted about this issue his response was "where did you get my number from"? For these reasons I could not reccommend this hotel to anybody..

Was charged 3 times for my stay. Still working on a reimbursement. Boxes sat in the lobby the entire visit. Hazard. Wood pallets sat outside the front entry, where staff took smoke breaks. Room keys deleted twice. AC unit in the room sounded like a semi truck driving through my room. GM told me that staff were lazy.

Friendly and professional staff at all hours and a fantastic breakfast. The beds and pillows were a tad lumpy and refrigerator and microwave had some small bits but overall this was a fantastic and clean stay for us. check in and out was smooth and all smiling staff were very helpful. Whenever I'd say 'I have a question' the quick and friendly response was 'I have an answer.'

There is no elevator so stairs were used constantly and needed vacuumed and dusted. Rooms bed needed updated bedding and mattress. Staff was friendly but the lady that at checked us in looked very unprofessional.
