The hotel is in a great location off of I-65 in Birmingham. It's a beautiful area and the hotel has been renovated. I'm glad there is no longer nasty carpeting on the floors. The staff moved us promptly to another room when I called the front desk to report that our TV wasn't working after we had checked in. My husband and I would definitely stay there again!

Staff at front desk, Faith and Brenda, were friendly and helpful. Offered good recommendations and showed pride in their work.
Breakfast was very pleasing and area kept well cleaned.
Last day the elevators were not working so could not give property the Excellent rating but overall the property is Excellent.
