Hotel needs some upkeep, owners are letting it get run down. Broken drawer in my room, pool is a mess with broken tiles, tired mattress in the room. All the staff are on their phones all the time! So much so that when I used the ATM I immediately went over to reception to have a bill changed and she was looking at her phone. The next people found the card and though I was sitting near the woman waiting for a taxi, she didn't know it was mine because she had been on her phone not paying attention. Unfortunately I was at the airport before she realised and had to cut it up. Cleaning staff in the halls, reception, everyone on their phones! Staff were very nice and attentive if you needed them. Breakfast was so mediocre and repetitive. (Funny, the pub affiliated with the restaurant also was mediocre and I feel probably the same staff). Don't pay extra, there are lots cafes and restaurants to go nearby. Smoking all over the place which was ick. Also thought it was 'beachside' as stated as I've not been to Karon. Had to cross a busy road to get to the beach so I didn't go as much as I had hoped. No chairs made available for my "beachside" hotel either, we have to pay. Chair covers were dirty and wet by the pool and the area wasn't tidied up regularly. I'f I go back I won't stay here, so I'm not recommending.

I like this resort very much. It was quiet, well-equipped and accessible, the swimming pool was clean and reasonably sized, and the neat breakfast was a simple breakfast. The staff are all friendly and the cocktail of irish bar run by the same company was also great. I extended my stay because I wanted to stay here. I want to visit again. And I'm not Chinese.

Just a few minutes walk to the Karon beach and night food market, if you’re looking for a relaxing and leisure retreat in Phuket, highly recommended to all!

The reason I won't stay there again and canceled the second half of my trip is:
1. wifi was horrible; everytime you put your phone down, it would lock you out so you would have to sign up to wifi again, and that could take up to 20 minutes. We let them know and they said it just works that way (??). We told them that's not OK and after a full day they sent an engineer out to switch out the box from 2.4g to 5g; still had the same problem but figured useless to complaint
2. sprayed pesticides-by spray i mean a huge very long cloud; taller than me and very thick. They did give notice 2 days before but the spraying was allowed to be for the full day (daytime hours)
3. Power went out-Twice. Once due to a storm so not their fault; second time because it was scheduled-during the day-though they told us the night before. That means no hot water, no electricty, etc; sort of a bummer at a four star resort-i'm fine with those conditions when camping but at a 4 star no thank you.
i normally don't leave bad reviews but when we had to run through the pesticide cloud to get to our room and the attendant was laughing-ummmm not OK

We had a pool access room, good room for the money. The ladder down to the pool was a bit hard and slippery, you would not want to use it if you are old or infirm. Breakfast was good, fairly small area but they change it slightly each day. The area around the hotel is also very good, beautiful beach across the road and restaurants and other shops close by. Also they have a twice daily shuttle to Patong if you want to go there. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The property is very quiet more like a hotel then a resort. There’s no entertainment and the breakfast starts so late if you do any excursions you won’t get breakfast. It was clean and staff is very nice. Convenient location.

Really good location and comfortable hotel with lovely staff. Breakfast is OK and Nextdoor - I was upgraded to pool room with direct access which was lovely. Only comment is to add bed side lighting as there are no reading lights. Would highly recommend!

We stayed 7 days due to Sandbox Quarantine and the hole stay was a pleasant surprise. Much thanks to this hotel with its nice personnel. I believe we will come back to this hotel and Karon beach soon.

The staff are incredibly attentive. We felt very catered to from the moment our taxi arrived. Excellent breakfast buffet included. The room was gorgeous. Large, clean excellent bathroom. Eco friendly did mean the air conditioning is only on when you are in the room therefore it can take some time to cool off.

Hotel is ideally situated, and whilst not the most modern building, was clean and VERY comfortable! Staff very friendly and helpful.
Don’t be misled though... no mini golf at the hotel!!
I would certainly stay there again!

Room and resort is amazing, can’t fault it at all. However, upon checkout the hotel manager accused us of losing a key card and wanted to charge us 1,500 THB! He was adamant he gave us two keys as he had this written down on a scrap piece of paper and laughed at us trying to argue our case. Eventually he gave up on his pursuit of extra money and let us go. Be very careful on this scam and make sure you get evidence of deposit/amount of key cards you have. Horrible man.

The location is perfect. Flat road and walking distance to amazing day spas, restaurants, shops and bars. Plenty of transport available. It’s an extremely short walk to the beach. I highly recommend a pool access room. Apart from breakfast and the pool, we didn’t use any of the resort’s facilities.

The family suite was very spacious and relaxing.
We found the WiFi a bit patchy - on several nights it just "died" and I had to pay [a daily charge] for my mobile provider to give me data in Phuket so I could hotspot it to my family for their video streaming. Luckily 4G coverage is pretty good on mobile phones.
The staff were very friendly and always smiling.
The main reception desk staff could do with a better level of English, but it was just about manageable (on the brink of getting frustrating) but to be their English is much much better than my Thai.
Rooms were cleaned daily - unless indicated not to - and toiletries/water were replenished frequently.
We had an all-round excellent stay, relaxing and family friendly.

Location is excellent service is great and being low season no one here so you have amazing pool to yourself and right on beach which is empty as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

A four-story hotel complex across the street from Karon Beach. It is slightly set back from the main road which makes it quieter, but this means no direct sea view. However, I had a room on the fourth (top) floor, and could see the sea in the distance from the balcony.The room was good sized and had everything I needed. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the kitchen staff. Easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shopping in the area.Just two concerns I had with my stay... the safe in the room was not suitable for a laptop computer. And also, the set price at reception for a taxi to the airport was 25% above what you could arrange with a licensed taxi driver from the street.Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will return if given the chance...
