hotel is located close to the bastille. the closest metro stop is charonne, but bastille is much better for connections and is almost as close. there is a market next door, a bakery one more door down, and many great resturarants toward the bastille. typical small but comfortable rooms. staff is friendly. skip breakfast at the hotel and take it at pause cafe down the street toward bastille. there is a internet cafe and a laundrymat near the bastille for longer visits. very satisfied!!!
