Checking in was professional and friendly & the lobby was welcoming. All staff were extremely accommodating, polite & friendly.& they all wanted to make sure your stay was enjoyable.
The room was huge & the bed comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but very clean nevertheless. Loved the 2 pools & spa facilities although i didn't get to indulge in any of the treatments unfortunately. Maybe next time.
Located very close to a ton of restaurants, bars & cafes overlooking the beach. Super location if you're catching a fast ferry to the Giies. Only a 5-10 minute walk depending on which way you go (there is a back pathway from the villas along the beach as well). Beautiful gardens & villas & the restaurant is in a beautiful setting too with a bright airy ambience. Thankyou for a lovely stay, it was very enjoyable.

We only had one night. Staff were lovely and pools and gardens nice. Food in restaurant was ok. Tv didn’t work in our room.

I had an amazing stay! The staff was very helpful, given that I arrived past midnight. The hotel was beautiful, the food was really good and so were the massages. Their location is the icing on the cake, walked for a little bit and was at the beach! Excellent in every way, will definitely come back! Terimakasi!

Wonderful stay at the Sri Phala. Staff always friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend their restaurant as well as their spa/beauty services. Good central location. Large clean rooms. Large bathrooms. A choice of 2 pools. My favourite small resort stay!
