Helpful staff and great location

Everything was essentially fine except there was no front desk staff and upon our arrival it took us over an hour to figure out how to get in. After a long flight from Canada we found this very annoying. We weren't the only ones as others told us that they had the same problem. We're used to having someone at the desk who can assist us, someone we can ask questions, someone who puts a human face to the place.........not some AI generated response.
Rooms were clean, breakfast was very good. The restaurant that was attached to the hotel provided excellent food and the staff were great, very helpful. The location was very good, 5-10 minute walk to Old Town Square, shopping, etc... We would stay there again now that we know what to expect when we arrive.

Loved the room - we had the 4th floor with the skylights. Great use of space and very comfortable.
Breakfast was good and well for the price.
