The pictures that were displayed for our room that I choose based on different price points was not the room I got when I arrived. It was old in building diamanté phase 1 . It was bright yellow and red paint. I would have never have stayed in a room like that. It was not as described at all. I complained and requested a new room. They did absolutely nothing about it. I was very disappointed. I will not be booking on here again. They displayed pictures of the building 2 phase 2 in the description, very deceptive.

We have owned, and rented at this property many times. This condo was different from the other 1 bedroom condos. Much smaller with very basic comforts. Glad we only stayed overnight, no dresser and very tight quarters for this property. Disappointed!!!

All I can say is, WOW! Our family of 5, (my husband and myself, my 21 year old daughter, 18 year old son and 1 year old son) stayed over the Christmas Break and loved ever minute of our stay. The resort is amazing. The food at La Maria was fantastic and well priced. The pools had different temperatures so even if it was cool out we could enjoy them. The beach is perfect. Can't wait to go back again!

Nice rooms. Only 1 restaurant open late but that’s okay. Not a ton of breakfast options for on the go. The coffee shop was a great touch. Pools were awesome!

The property is absolutely beautiful. The gronds are manicured to near perfection. The drive in is just a sad mix of scummy and trash ridden mess. Makes me feel very sad for the people who try very hard to keep a clean area. The trash outside of the resort in the town is nothing short of appallingly. Drove out to Cholla Bay area and stayed clear of the town. Other than that, it was and is a fantastic resort and i would recommend it 100 percent. Safe , clean and well staffed. The Los Palomas Resort is top notch.

Property is excellent except this time paid for a lower level condo for easy accesa to pool and but room was under construction and did not have access to rear patio or lower level access to pool and beach, left a shorts by accident in the room and had money stolen out of shorts pocket

I spoke with Aljesad Herrera on Friday when we checked out about a frustrating situation in our room. Every night of our stay- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday our water was turned off without any notice or communication- it was off for at least 8 hours every evening... Being at the beach and needing to take showers is essential and this was extremely frustrating. We called the customer service number on our key pouch and often the line was not able to receive calls. Please let me know how we can be reimbursed for this inconvenience either through a monetary credit or future visit credit. (This is an email I sent to hotel) Also... no coffee filters in room even though there was a full kitchen and drip coffee maker. When I called the desk they said we should have brought them or to go to their convenience store....

Las Palomas is THE BEST resort to stay at. The staff clearly take priority on the resort, cleaning non stop and every single staff member you come into contact with is genuinely kind and helpful. I cannot say enough how this resort gives you every penny you spend there worth it. Location and access to anything you need.
