As soon as I arrived and got out the car a child from the street grabbed my arm the staff did nothing but luckily the driver I was with spoke to the child. We went into the hotel the receptionist informed us breakfast in dollars. No one asked to take our luggage to the room and so we were about to take it our self’s then noticed there was stairs so we asked someone to do it for us. Our room was fine even though the technology was outdated in terms of the tv being blurry and no usb plugs. We tried the Spa which I wish we hadn’t my mom got burnt in the steam The staff gave her cream and said they would follow up with a call to see how she was but they didn’t. I did speak to reception about this situation he also asked how was our stay. I explained that no one called to see how my mom was like they said and that the tv in my room does not work and I said technology was outdated. A electrician came he was not able to do anything because the Tv was ancient he said he would get a new one but he didn’t come in the morning. We had someone playing music in the room above at 2am in the morning I called room services and no one resolved it then had to call three other times for it to be resolved. There was no apology from the staff again. We did however go on there restaurants boat which I would highly recommend to have dinner as the staff are lovely there and a car will pick you from the hotel. All in all this hotel does not reflect the four season standard so I would avoid.

Truly the meaning of a 5-star hotel. Once in a while they should offer promotions with lower rates... I think I would be very tempted to stay a full week or two with the family. But even a 2-day stay is quite the experience.

This hotel seemed slightly older, but was very well kept. The hotel was clean. The beach and pool areas were very nice. The staff was top notch and the service was consistently excellent. Our only complaint was that we found every meal to be of poor quality: soggy lettuces, stale cereal, old eggs, everything seemed poorly and out-of-date in every dining venue. On the last day I became very sick. If you stay here, do not eat here.

This is a lovely hotel in a lovely location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but, and I hesitate to say this, no matter how nice the hotel, there will always be something off because it is Egypt. I love Egypt, but they are not a service oriented country. Oft times there are policies and they are not enforced…it seems local Egyptians can do anything. Example: there are not supposed to be children in the spa area (because people pay lot of money to try and relax) and there was a child making a lot of noise…I asked three different people if they could address the problem and no one seemed to do anything…they were like “the mother is just showering and it will only be a minute…”. There is a day care facility directly across from the spa (yet no children were ever in it during my three day stay). Instead, two nights of my stay a child was screaming in the hallway outside my room. But, seriously, do not break the rules even for one person, no matter what the reason…we all pay good money to stay there…I want to relax. If kids are not allowed in the spa, then absolutely do not let kids in! Also, they messed up my laundry request and it seems some of the things in the hotel need updating/maintenance (eg. The ceiling fan in the room looked like it was about to fall off, it was so wobbly when it was on). The restaurants are absolutely wonderful and they service at all the restaurants is perfect. The hotel is lovely, there just need to be a few improvements. Thank you.

This hotel is A-mazing!!! The Four Seasons never disappoints, but the staff here take the experience to a whole new level. The front desk and hotel staff are very attentive and the staff, food, and decor of the Byblos restaurant is a whole new definition of perfect! The view is heavenly, the hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are super comfortable.

The reception and beach restaurant staff were out of this world especially Youssef from the beach restaurant, he is super helpful and so polite and really loves his job and the Four Seasons is lucky to have such a dedicated employee, what a great team they have at the Alexandria Four Seasons, everyone was so helpful, polite and a 10 star experience! I highly recommend to anyone that wants a unique experience!

The best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect. Amazing food, amenities, service, and no detail left unchecked. We checked out early from the awful Plaza Hotel which is a block away and switched to 4 Seasons. Thank you to everyone here for saving our vacation.

Truly one of the best hotels I have stayed in past few years. Amazing and friendly staff all over, room is just perfect. Location is unique, close to all the nice places you must visit. Conceirge was more than just helpful, hotel manager himself came to see me at checkout and ask about my stay wonderful Greek gentleman. Even the driver was just beyond great. I rate it 20/10, I meant it 20/10. Well done

One of the best hotels in Egypt. Excellent team. Very good service. Overall, very good experience except for the 40 minutes delay in check-in (while room is being prepared) and considering that we arrived at the hotel at 3:00 PM and ended up in our room at 3:45 PM!

Everything was excellent except for the parking we had to pay 60 LE pernight which is not logic if we are staying at the hotel the rate should be less for to nights we had to pay 360 LR

It was amazing, the hotel absolutely 5 stars in all aspects but the most striking was the professionalism of the staff. They were always serving with a smile and unmatched hospitality. Amr was amazing at the breakfast. Stephen, Mohamed, Ahmed and Nivine as well. Everywhere we go inside the hotel they were going above and beyond to make our stay memorable

The staff was very attentive to all our needs and very polite- excellent client service and very well maintained hotel and beach. Really appreciated the birthday cake they offered to my mother and the attention they gave to her needs. Only drawback was the noise coming from the Cornish Street…
