Decent hotel but I thought it would be much nicer for staying at a Hilton. The room number was on the ground, the hallways smelled like mildew, and the carpet in the room was soaked in water by the fridge.

We were there on a small vacation and handling a little bit of family business. I have to brag on Andrew though. He was absolutely amazing. He needs to be promoted. He was very attentive and concerned for our needs. He made the stay.

My husband and I came to celebrate my birthday and get away for a night. We've had multiple people suggest the Hilton, and it didn't disappoint. I believe the only somewhat negative was the valet had to be called up by the front desk and the room would not go below 67 degrees. The room was very clean, well stocked (other than toilet paper), bed were comfortable. I would say, I was surprised the window opened all the way on the upper floor, but it allowed the crisp air in.

Nice hotel and staff was great in hotel and bar/restaurant. Had to request a new room first day due to very offensive sewer smell. Front desk quickly moved us to other side of hotel and rest of stay was fine. She also comp'd our breakfast one day which was nice. Except for that issue, the stay was a wonderful annual family Cowboys game experience.

We loved our stay at the Southlake Hilton. The area is so fantastic -- tons of shopping and amazing restaurants to walk to right outside the door of the property. We were there at the holidays and both the hotel and the surrounding area were decorated beautifully. The staff were incredible, from the front desk to valet to the lobby Starbucks. We had to call down for a few things to be brought to the room, and they arrived almost instantly after our call. Same with valet -- our car was brought around within minutes after we requested it every time. The room was very comfortable -- great beds and pillows, good water pressure and temp. The only negative is that the decor is getting tired. There was significant wear with lots of scuffs and patches on the paint and furniture throughout the room and bathroom. The linens also had some stains... disappointing at a property that is otherwise absolutely lovely.

The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful! We stayed here over Christmas and everything was decorated so beautifully. It was so great being so close to shops and restaurants, I highly would recommend staying here! The gym was also very updated and the beds were so comfortable and rooms were clean.

Property was nice and location but our room floor was filthy with hair etc. I would not stay here again because of that reason.

It was easy to get to from airport. Clean property. Safe area and steps from shopping and restaurants just steps from front door. Said pool was heated. Was not?? Did enjoy hot tub however. Room was serviced but no wash cloths replaced? And, upon checking in alive with 2 bags, no valet or anyone helped me get in the doors. Was waiting on husband so, was arriving seperate with own bags. Front desk was very nice and brought my.bags up.

We love our stays at Hilton Southlake. It’s the best of everything…and Starbucks in the lobby is a plus! The Henley is a great place to relax and unwind! The bar staff are our favorites. Same ladies, year after year!

The Hilton at Southlake has been one of my favorite experiences. This was my first time staying there and it really was an amazing time. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. Everything was clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay here again.

From the moment we pulled up to valet our car to the moment we checked out, the entire staff was courteous and went out of their way to help us! The hotel lobby is inviting and beautiful and the room was cozy and well appointed. Would absolutely stay here again!

We've stayed at this hotel several times and it's always clean, quiet and comfortable - we love the close proximity to everything in Town Square - this visit we had an issue with the front desk charging us for our room when we'd already prepaid through Hotels.com - the front desk person asked for a credit card for "incidentals" then proceeded to charge us for the room - after contacting Hilton customer service they refunded the money back to my card but it took 5 days - recommend that if you pre-pay you should be sure that they are aware of that and ask for a receipt for any charges before you leave.
