Room was specious,lift to the all the rooms, quieter environment , nice dinner hall on the top floor with beautiful view , very close to Basmane Rain Station (about 7 minutes walk)which is one of the main station to go around ,20 minute walk to the beach and point of interests.Trains and Undergroun very easy and very cheap to use throughout the city from Airport.
Staff can not speak English much,very little English so better to have that in mind as it is extremely difficult to communicate.
Take your own tea,coffee and dry milk powder as you will not find these easily.They drink green tea only.

Room was very nice, big and clean. Location was also good. easy access to public transportation, particularly buses, shopping area and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful but some staff members did not have knowledge about how to reach places around the area, simple thing like get to main bus terminal, or how to get to surrounding sight seeing places. But they tried their best to help. Breakfast was ok, could be better. All in all was good place to stay, though quite pricy.
