I love this hotel. Have stayed before and will stay again. Rooms are such good value - super spacious and kept very clean. Very friendly staff and I love this location - away from the hustle and bustle but still close to it and have some gem restaurants and cafe right nearby. Big fan!

We didn't stay here long, but it was lovely, quiet, staff nice, rooms very spacious, pool private and clean (plus a bigger pool everyone could use), in the heart of town it seemed!

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Walkable distance to shops, restaurants and beach. There was filtered water available in the villa which was a HUGE plus for us. Will come back if we are ever in the area.

Generally the room is ok. However service is lacking. when the drinking water in room ran out, we requested few times for more than a day and it wasn’t replenished at all. When we asked for help to get cab to airport, service was lacking so we ended up have to arrange on our own. Hope they can improve else we probably won’t be back here

I was in the front room, closest to the road and can be heard into the wee small hours. Beach access requires a trek of maybe 1.2 km. Everything in the
Room worked.

The way staff make you so at ease and wellcome you with so much happiness. Nothing seems to be any trouble for them and will bend over backwards for any requests. The property is convenient located to everything. And the biggest selling point great value for money.

WE stayed for ten nights in the villas over Christmas and new year. The villa was well laid out over two floor with a bedroom/bathroom upstairs and a bedroom/bathroom downstairs and an open sided lounge area with access into a private pool. A small kitchenette with microwave and hob and fresh drinking water complimentary. On site is a spa with treatments from foot massages to full body scrub. On the front of the hotel is a restaurant which does breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff at Bali Ayu Villas are brilliant, nothing was too much. Special shout out to comma, yeoman, (pool) made and (spa) made. The front of house check in was speedy and safe. We would stay here again at the drop of a hat.

This was my second time staying here and it was once again a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got the garden villa which was spacious and lovely especially the huge bathroom. The location is great right in the heart of seminyak close to everything. The restaurant is nice with a great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice hotel with nice clean rooms. A downer was that the pool only was open until 6am. The lock for the rooms was an actual lock. The breakfast was good but you dont get a mot of food.

Would be even better if no plastic was used, 2 small bottles of water every day is not really appropriate anymore. Obviously you don't need to use them, but people will as there is no other alternative. Glass? Wifi not great but didn't use it much!

Stayed here in June with 3 friends and loved the place, we stayed in the 2 bedroom villa which was beautiful and had a private pool! breakfast included too and had a lovely banana oat bowl. Great location with loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance, would stay here again :)

Nice big room and a cool outdoor bathroom with shower and bath. My room was upgraded though so not sure what level.

Our last three nights in Bali, we stayed at here in Seminyak. We were able to take quick taxi to Bali MMA for a Muay Thai session and also go to Kuta for day trips and shopping. Friendly helpful staff.

The villa we stayed in was a great place to stay - the private pool was lovely just needed some maintenance eg tiles missing. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The food at the cafe was delicious too

Bathroom really let this place down. Old, blue plastic suite with stains in the bath and the free standing shower was dribbling and didn't get hot.
Room was fine. Nothing fancy but fine.
Service and cleanliness was good. No complaints for this.
