Bathroom was extremely compact and wasn't functionally friendly. Breakfast items were cold and we were there mid-shift.

I loved the layout of the room we got. Plenty of space which was lovely for my family of 5. The best part of this stay was that we got clean towels every day, having a jetted tub was lovely, and we had access to the pool. Overall we weren’t impressed. The elevator was out of order 4 of the 5 days we stayed at this hotel. We are fine using stairs but I wasn’t happy when the staff told me that my 10 year old trying to carry his luggage down the stairs (because the elevator was out of order) was being too loud and needed to be quieter. The breakfast was …. Icky. Options were limited and there were flies everywhere. I opened the lid for a crockpot and there were flies all up in those biscuits. There was no drinking water available at breakfast. I asked the staff and she pointed me to a drinking fountain by the elevator. Also, we went through maybe 8 keys at the hotel. We had issues opening the door a majority of the time and when we brought it to the front desk they kept telling us it was our fault because we must have put the keys by a magnet. But after the first 4 keys we were very careful to make sure that wasn’t the case. Last complaint from my two teens “terrible coffee.”

Ended up sleeping on the floor. Only one bed in our room booked 2 dbl.totaly there fault. Got a $20 discount ridiculous.

The floor look like they were just put down yesterday. The king bed was comfortable. The room was spacious with more than one place to sit. Comparing to a Hampton Inn, it was nicer.

My only complaint this time is the breakfast wasn't as hot as it usually is. And the beds, after the first night were really uncomfortable.

Such a nice break for us, we drove to state park and enjoyed sunset there, visited museums nearby- subway very close has a patio and cosmic cafe is fabulous

Nice place. Good customer service. The pool and hot tub are being renovated, so unavailable. They should update their website to reflect this as we were looking forward to a swim and soak in the hot tub.

My daughter, grand daughter and great grandson stayed 2 nights. They said it was a great room and your stuff was so kind. I want to thank you for that. I was disappointed that your pool wasn’t in service for them. My daughter works hard and really deserved a great vacation. Thank you for helping make that happen for her..

Always amazing! We stay at the Parkfield Inn everytime we come to Warsaw (several times a year). Everyone that works there goes above and beyond to make our stay delightful! We always stay in the 2 story room with all the kids, very spacious. The pool and hot tube - clean and tidy, a stack of clean towels waiting. Breakfast is great. You won't be disappointed!

Great Hotel at the lake. The staff is top shelf. The front desk crew always makes you feel so welcome. I stay at least once a month on business.

This is definitely the nicest place you'll find in Warsaw. The rooms were clean and the hotel felt safe. They had a good breakfast in the morning. I appreciated that they had cut strawberries instead of the standard melon and bananas. This place isn't fancy, but you get a nice room for your money. I would recommend.

The service was exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate us after an error I made with the reservation. They were so friendly and eager to help. Our room was clean and comfortable. The dining area was very clean and breakfast was ample. We will definitely stay there again when we're in Warsaw.

Comfortable beds and pillows, would dare to even say that my night's sleep rivaled Marriott Courtyard, which is typically my go-to for quality sleep. Room has old colors but clean and everything worked. Not crazy about sinks being part of the main room instead of being in the bathrooms. Breakfasts were of good quality and variety.
