Very clean. Very friendly. And affordable

This place is ok. It isnt great or maybe even good, but it isnt bad. The lobby smelled clean and it was bright. The girl who checked us in was competent and most would not think friendly. Luckily for her, i am part indigenous and could easily tell she was very much so...and they often dont come off as overly friendly. She did well; no complaints. The manager was friendly when we left. There was a pretty bad smell in the elevator and hallway. The room was ok, but the bed and pillows werent very comfortable...we woke up with our necks and backs hurting some. The heating/ac worked perfectly and made it very comfortable temp wise...something that even nice hotels struggle with often. Kinda loud outside very early in the morning...a lot of work people stay at these. The outside seemed a little rundown, but not terrible. Getting into the parking lot takes some critical thinking skills...you gotta go thru like two to get to theirs. Weird. The deposit for incidentals was more than the price of the room..lol. We were told guests had to be out by 10 pm...ive never had guests visit me in a hotel so that seemed odd. Lastly, when we went back at 10:40 am to make sure all was out of the room and use the bathroom one last time we were taken aback by our door being open and the room ripped apart for cleaing. Check out is at 11 am. We went inside and checked the room and used the bathroom. While inside the cleaning lady knocked and wanted to come in. I informed her check out wasnt until 11 am

The overall experience was great. The lady at the front desk gave us some awesome food recommendations and was extremely friendly. The breakfast lacked a little bit, but overall a good experience

They put us in a room that was assigned to someone else. After we got that figured out though, everything was great

It was good but neighborhood was kind of sketchy

The room was fine, however there were no bars of soap anywhere. The walls of the rooms must be paper thin, could hear EVERYTHING that the people next door were saying, including whomever the caller was on the phone. They were rowdy, loud etc and kept us up until after 0100, absolutely ridiculous. The manager did come up once to tell them to be quiet. Could hear the flushing of the toilet, etc. The actual place appears clean, definitely in a re painting phase. Difficult to find how to approach the parking lot. Disappointed

Overall property was clean. Even though it was a new building. There was several unfinished trim projects. The room was a bit cramped. But overall clean and quite. I would stay there again.

It was a little dirty and noisy

The room was extremely small making it hard to be comfortable. The window tracks were full of dirt and mold - very disgusting. There was almost no water pressure and I didn’t have hot water. Considering the fact that the room cost nearly $100, it was definitely not worth it. Do yourselves a favor and spend $30 more and get a decent place to stay.

It was a bad experience overall, front desk lady, property renovation, noises very small rooms, very hard to get in the parking, do not recommend.

Do NOT book this hotel is a cesspool of drug abusers , criminals , and has the most inconvenient parking design imaginable. To even call this a hotel is laughable.

The staff were great, appears to be under construction/remodel. The area is not so good

Elevator was broke down, food was cold, no water available, customer service was non existent!! Pictures, on the internet, are definetely not honest photos!! Such a disappointment.

The building is under remodeling and the room are lots smaller then pictured in ad. It is located next to a redown motel and not parking and parking spaces are small. It is overpriced for the size of the room

Had very little parking and the motel next to it had people hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the day and night. Just didn’t feel safe especially at night

I was in 221and the people in the room above me was very loud and noise

Clean and awesome staff

The property authorized my card for 2 rooms but gave away one of the rooms to someone else. I had a $375ish hold on my card, only one room at this hotel so we had to locate another hotel with 2 rooms last minute with limited funds.

Room was overall pretty clean, barely any hot water, they were renovating and it was a complete mess when we got there. Parking was not the best

Seemed like the hotel was undergoing a remodel. 1/2 painted walls, carpet etc

Do not stay here! Smells terrible and under remodel. Also next to a sketchy extended stay. We did not stay there and they refused a refund

The hotel pictures are deceiving.The interior of the hotel is in disarray due the abandon renovation project.

Would not ever ever stay there! After seeing the surroundings and inside, we drove away and stayed someplace else. We forfeited the room and money!

The a/c was froze so we had a little bit of cold air not much the beds had tiny black ants and above the a/c on the cushioned window seal type thing there was tiny black ants. The place is currently being painted and im assuming the rooms are still being worked on aswell, I wouldn't personally bring my kids here yet due to the ongoing construction if you will going on. The most important issue was the toilet it continued to refill tell the next morning after being flushed 1 time the noise was obnoxious along with the a/c being froze it wasnt as good as a stay as I wouldve hoped for.
