Just an ordinary room with paper thin walls. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was nice. The hotel was centered around a convenient location.

I had a short stay before headed out of town. It was nice quality for the price. Best Western seems consistently very good at all that I have been. It was a clean and comfortable room. The front desk staff was incredibly nice! I would stay there again.

Mold around shower, the price of soda rediculous, cheaper at gas station. 14 dollars for 2 burrito in the morning wasn’t even made right. Pretty good scam you got going on there. Beer prices are high to, you charge high rates for two beds and expect people to pay for snacks breakfast won’t recommend this hotel to anyone

The BW Plus in Duncanville is a great value for your money. That said, you also have to remember that there will be issues. I had a well maintained room, that was clean, but there was an odor in the shower drain that wouldn't go away. We were on the third floor, the hallway floor was a bit uneven, as if the actual structure or the floor was buckling in spots. That said, the staff was wonderful, they were friendly and honored all requests. This hotel is solid, if you have realistic expectations.

Had a great stay!! Staff greeted you on every visit very helpful with check in and check out. Only bad thing i could say is the unattended kids staying in the pool till 2:00am yelling.

We only needed a place for a quick overnight stay. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. As with all hotels, in my opinion, the floors felt dirty. Nice bathrooms and toiletries. The breakfast options were nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this location, the staff was very helpful and kind. It was very well kept and clean, we enjoyed the location being only 7 mins away from where we were going. I was glad they had breakfast, i thought it could have been improved, the hot items, other than that , it was a wonderful stay. I will be returning if in that area again!!!

The pros: The property was within 5 minutes from our destination. The staff was helpful and friendly. The cons: The carpet on the 3rd floor was in need of shampooing. The breakfast food was not as good as other hotels that I have stayed at. All in all I guess I would stay there again, but not expect to eat breakfast there.

The room was very clean; however, the bed was soft in the middle and firm on the sides. The night staff when you check-in was very nice, but the day staffers did not speak when you entered or exited the lodge. Felt unwelcome but not a problem. Next time I will get a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor due to 1st floor rooms by the lobby was a little noisy. This is not a complaint since I asked for the 1st floor room.

Best Western ALWAYS takes care of me! I was in town for Texas State Fair and it was the perfect location for me. Highway travel, Restaurants, Stores and a hidden gem, with low traffic in the area. Pappadeaux within walking distance. The 'King' suite was perfect, not too small and not too big. Maid service is by request only and I get it and didn't need it. Towels at front desk or ask maid and they will leave a bag of towels by door; convenient. Nice and quiet. Keep up the great work BW, I will be back! Peace, Charles

We were only in town for 1 night, attending a 2 day event. The hotel was very close to our venue, right off the main highway. The room was comfortable and clean, the outdoor pool was open (we didn't have a chance to enjoy it), and free breakfast is always awesome. My only complaint, for it being a smoke free facility (I had to sign an agreement concerning charges for smoking or other damages of room prior to arrival), we stepped off the elevator onto our floor and was immediately hit with the foul and offensive odor of smoke. It was very disappointing.
