I would recommend staying at the Sunstar Residency. I stayed for 1 night between flights. I've stayed at hotels closer to the airport and have never been impressed with their cleanliness or customer service. Although this was slightly further, it was worth it.
The staff couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was included. The room was spacious and clean.
The only error was that nobody showed up to pick me up from the airport as arranged. They offer a free pick up from the railway station and a discounted pick up from the airport. When I realised this, I got a pre-paid taxi there and they discounted my taxi to the airport the following day. Despite this error, I would stay here again as overall the standards were high.

Beds were too low to ground, but staff were so helpful and nice, all smoke decent English. Internet worked great. Same family owns there on same street all with same name sunstar which can get confusing for swiggy orders. Door security was amazing and well tipped along with entire staff. Such hardworking, honest and grateful staff. Definitely a safeguard place
