The staff are very pleasant and friendly.
Condition of hotel is ok, needs updating.
Water for shower etc is fabulous... good pressure. Clean and neat... because I have a problem with walking...Old town is about 10-14 minutes walk

Friendly staff.
Old hotel that needs lots of upgrades.
It was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but truly a 3-star or 2.5 star. Restaurant quality is poor for lunch or dinner, very sad place.
Dirty room, got an upgraded room after complaining, but the rest of the hotel was not a comfirtable stay.
I really wanted to cancel my reservation, as this was a special trip from America investing time and money for a low quality experience.
