Entrance is not great due to fly over occupying the entry. Spacious and nice rooms. Cleanliness is good. Room service is bad in the sense that the staff is not trained even to take orders properly. They always forget to bring salt and pepper along with food and when we ask for it the food gets cold by the time it comes. House keeping is good too. Great hotel for the price and value for money. WiFi is very poor.

I and my friends were in bglr for a weekend and were specifically looking for a hotel with swimming pool and thus ended up booking a room in this hotel. Initially I was allotted twin bed although my booking was specific for king size bed however same was rectified after little bit of inconvenience. After around 2 hrs of relaxation, I called up reception asking them to guide us to the pool but instead I was informed that the pool is not available due to marriage function around the pool. Thus the main purpose for booking room in this hotel didn't exist. Some time later AC stopped working. They took around 30-40 mins for repair but wasn't repairable at that time. To compensate for this we were given another room. On the next day morning, there was no water in the tap. They took around 1-2 hrs to rectify. Thus, are stay at the hotel was very unpleasant due to non- availability of pool facility, inconvenience and loss of time in change of room, improper functioning of AC and finally the water issue.

Everything was good except their towels. Had to request for cleans ones a few times. And they had some weird smell. Tip: use the hotels back gate for entry. The main/front entry is always clogged due to traffic. Google maps will be default take you to the front entry.

Rooms are very dirty. No water in shower tap! Stinky smell everywhere. All the furniture is half broken. Huge paint lost holes on the walls.

There was no Sofa Bed (for extra person) as promised while makeing online booking. We were just provided a matress for the extra person. The staff at the reception was rude & had no concern about the booking commitments since the booking was through the agent "Hotels.com" and the booking commitments were not committed directly by them.

Good Location of hotel. Ambience / room cleanliness is compromised. Bath amenities were missing. Room wasn't ready when reached. Only one thing which was good was food. Breakfast was compromised and not too many options to select.

We stayed in this hotel very recently booked through Expedia. About the room...The AC was leaking and dripping water in room 2223. The door bell doesnt work as well. It was just a 2 day stay hence we tolerated this as staff is very slow in responding to any requests! the price and tax charged the maintenance is not up to the mark. We also got to know from receptionist that if customer wants to extend the stay they have to book it online only which is so absurd! The hotel looks neat food is tolerable. Breakfast buffet is good. Coffee tastes pathetic. I would not recommend this to my friends or family for the price charged its not value for money or comfortable.

I stayed with my wife for a day. Food is good but at night they not have south Indian food like Dosa,Idly etc. They have BUFFET at Night which will be heavy. really difficult to move out to have something outside by walk.

This was my second stay at the Fortune Park JP celestial rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. The health center was also well kept. But is located just under a flyover but reasonably well located . Rooms were large in size and the staff were very courteous

Food is not very good in this hotel restaurant. While I was there, an irate customer shouted at the restaurant staff because they took over an hour to get him rotis. The staff were good, polite and courteous, but I think they have operational issues. The Bathroom becomes very messy because the shower area is not adequately separated/ planned to prevent water spraying onto the rest of the bathroom. The staff all seemed to be going out of their way to give a good experience to the customers.
